Just as Jillian was getting acquainted with a life without love, she meets Jake. Jake is in his mid-20s and visiting the little town of Suncrest to take care of his Grandfather's estate. When Jillian's eyes fall onto Jake's, it immediately resurfaces emotions she thought were buried with Brad. Can true love happen more than once in a lifetime?

Great Book!
What did you love best about Love Again?
I loved the story (I've read it multiple times), but I really enjoyed listening to it for the first time, and sharing one of my favorite books with my husband during car rides. Hes not a huge reader but now he can listen to my books :)
love again
the story was pretty obvious, it was light and cute, but no mystery here.

Who was your favorite character and why?
Jill becaues I didn't think she was bratty, she was hurting, scared, and trying to be hopeful of the future
Which scene was your favorite?
When Jake allows Jillian too see that it is possible to love again and that to love again is to live again.
Slow Beginning Rushed Ending Average Book
Is there anything you would change about this book?
A sweet, Christian centered romance.
The pace of this book was a little bit sketchy. The story dragged very slowly and then it seems the last two chapters quickly addressed all the unanswered questions it felt rushed.
If you grew up in an evangelical church in a tiny to medium sized town you will notice familiarities. If you haven't had that experience this book gives a nice peek into the life of someone who has grown up in the faith.
Perhaps if this book were longer the author could have elaborated at a more even pace. I wanted to know the characters with more depth.
Jay Prichard has become one of my favorite narrators. I don't know if I have anymore new positive words to describe his performances. It is always professional, believable and smooth. He's able to to perform the male and female characters in a manner that does not sound like "dude" in a higher range. He is a brave and confident artist - as in this book he sings as the female character with no music!
Notes: There are no warnings to go with this book.
Credit worthy/$: *I received this book in exchange for my thoughts and reviews.*
I would not use it a credit as it is only an hour and a half long. I would not purchase it either because of the length.
