Catalyst by Rachel Grant is a wild ride from the starting gate. Dont expect it to let up from there as the momentum of this roller coaster ride does not ease until the final paragraphs. The couples adventures are imbued with twists and turns I never imagined without a single dull moment! I laughed, swooned, cried and was both amazed and dismayed. Its the first book Ive ever read by Rachel, but it wont be the last as I already have the book that preceded this one, Tinderbox, queued on my phone ready to hit play.

I had absolutely no issues reading Catalyst as a stand alone. I understand that the hero in Catalyst was first introduced in the series debut and I will be enjoying Tinderbox soon!

The two main characters, American aid worker Brie Stewart and Chief Warrant Officer Sebastian Ford were both great characters who I found it easy to relate to. Shes smart and thinks on her feet. By her choice, Brie is estranged from her family. She was born into wealth and privilege but is now committed to doing her part to fight what her family stands for.

Sebastian is a Native American who has risen through the Green Beret ranks to be second in command of his unit. He is proud of his people and of his country. Years ago, he saw Brie before she walked away from her family promote putting a pipeline through his tribes native land. He was repulsed by what she stood for, but was physically attracted to her even then. She was his forbidden fruit.

Now, years later, their paths cross again. Sebastian has a hard time believing that the Princess Prime he knew before could have changed into the caring individual she seems to be today. He cant help but think that shes putting on an act. They have words.

I want to thank Liz Maverick, author and Goodreads First Reads Giveaway for the eBook copy of The Financier that I won in the Giveaway.

Nick Dawes, New York stock market genius is known as The Financier for expertise in moving money. He works with the Hudson Kings organization, a group of mercenaries for hire that are currently working for the United States government to identify Russian moles that are spies in our country. Nick take a side job with a Russian mob leader to get intelligence and it all goes wrong when he transfers twenty million dollars and it goes missing.

This sets the plot for the novel The Financier and he hires Jane MacGregor to become his fish sitter and live at his apartment and keep his fish healthy. The danger escalates, romance develops and the tension builds to an exciting climax. I love a good mystery with lots of hot romance and The Financier delivers just that.

All the feels plus all the action you could want

Wow! When I picked up The Transporter this summer, I knew I was reading the beginning of a great series. I loved the characters; I loved the world; I loved the high-octane action; I loved the tenderness. But I had no idea The Financier was going to absolutely blow me away. Because I don't care how amazing Shane is; Nick has him beat by miles and miles.

Nick is like an onion. He has all these layers you have to peel away to get to the heart of him, and you are going to cry while doing it. Or Nick is like an opal. Every time you turn him a little, he's a little different. Either way, he's my kind of catnip - in every way. If Shane could transport me any time, then I'll feed Nick's fish any time. And that's a large part of why Nick is one of those super special characters.

But before we get into how extra special these characters are, let's talk a little bit about the action. The Transporter was a lot of high octane, wildness. That's in keeping with Shane's occupation and who he is.

Bound By Vengeance is a story of Love Inner Strength & Retribution. It makes you, the reader, emotional while wanting to jump right into the book and fix all the wrongs that were done to the characters.

Austyn and Ryker both have troubled pasts that they need to overcome, but their passionate love story is one that comes from support healing and trust.

I love that Austyn finally gets the man she's been deeply in love with for years and that Ryker who is a few years older than Austyn always noticed her and waited until they could be together to tell her so. I know Ryker is all Alpha and possessive but who wouldn't fall in love with Ryker when he whispers sayings to you like "Beautiful, loving you is how I breathe" *SWOON*

I love Bound By Vengeance for its family closeness, MC brotherhood, and the Steamy Erotic Romance.

I really love they way Ryan Michele's writing gives you the story you were dying for but then subtly manages to make you NEED the next book. I loved it! Keeps us wanting more from this great series.

it was amazing

An emotional roller coaster of a read. it might seem that Austyn is broken but she is far from it. Inside she feels dirty and desperate for revenge, she wants control back. To get vengeance on JK is her only aim.

Ryker knows she's hiding something and its big and bad, determined to find out what it is, to help as well as love her it is his life's mission.

These two have loved each other for many years but the difference in age meant he couldn't act on it before, giving her time to grow up.

This book is fantastic, there is so much love and support for Austyn, the club members are all her family and they show it. Ryker has his own problems with blood family and again the brothers all give over whelming support and help. I was so lost in reading it was hard to find a place to stop so I could sleep. I adore books that are like that, the ones you just want never to end but at the same time you need the characters to get their answers.

There is some explicit sexual content and violence, all is consistent with the story and with Austyn moving on and recovering from what happened not once but twice. Awesome read and I for one want more from this MC.

Another suspenseful, emotional and well written story by Michele!

Bound by Vengeance was the third book in the Ravage MC Bound series by Ryan Michele. The series was a spinoff of the Ravage MC.

Austyn Cruz was the daughter of Princess and Cruz, the President of the Ravage MC. We learned in Bound by Desire that Austyn was a victim of violence.

Not good

The story is all over the place from the past back to present and doesn't really give you information that you need to grasp the characters in the story. I can't really grade the performance accurately due to the fact that the story is a mess. However, I do love their voices and would love to hear them narrate another book.

Great Story

Yes it is a bit back in the Past then the time in the present but once you get your head around that you can understand the Story, Its Full on... Full ...On lots of Anst... Lots!!! too & frow , Madeliane's age shows (in my view) shes 18 hes 33 so to me she's just naive, when it comes to Mic(Mad Dog) ... Dont get me wrong she's been thro a Hell of a lot & its bad , the worst you can think & it just continue's in the Books to come ... But it has'nt stopped me from listening to the books to come ... Alot of Drama ... Alot ! good story The Author knows how to twist a story & it just keeps on spiraling ... down , but ya gotta fall before you can get back up to fight another day .

Another Awesome Story in this Series!

WOW this is one of the best action romance series! I love it!

I really liked Mac and Tess. They were good together. And the story line and plot was really good. As usual the story flowed so well and was easy to follow. Lots of action, bad guys, amazing dialogue and fast paced.

I always look forward to these books.

As for the narration, well need I say more it was Eric Dove! He is amazing! He has such a sexy voice and does the women's voices so well. Love all of his narrations!

Packed with suspense and thrilling action

I was so excited to listen to this series on audio! I struggle looking for what I want a lot with audio books. However, these books are perfectly what Im looking for. I like my romances to be packed with suspense and mystery. I want intrigue and complete sexiness. Im a hard person to please because I dont just want a romance; I want a pulse-pounding situation with people who are sexy, smart, and interesting. I need the full package in audio books. Finding this series was like hitting the audio jackpot for me! I had 9 audio books to listen too over 80 hours of listening magic!

Mac and Tess are perfect heroes. I love how complex they both are. They were completely electric together! Mac opens Tess up to a real life and some steamy, hot sexy times! Toni Anderson gave us an up-close look at police investigation. Its interesting to see it with all the technology we have today. It really seems like Anderson does some very thorough research for her books. They are timely and mesh well in our current society. Cold Malice, book 8, was packed with suspense and thrilling action, all with that romance I love.

Narrator, Eric Dove is a superb narrator! His voice is like silk, yet its strong and resonating. I loved how clear and concise he spoke. I couldnt believe the emotion that man can put into his voice you could feel the passion in Andersons words through Doves voice. I have to say that I was worried in the earlier books. I dont normally care for books with dual POVs only having one narrator. Its hard to do all those voices and put feelings into the words through different people. Dove has a real skill.

Hang on it is a wild ride you will love

What a shock it was to come face to face with the man she adored and loved at the age of 10. He was the only person who showed her kindness in a world that had gone crazy.

I really love this series the narrators are fantastic which makes a huge difference in any audio book. I was hooked from the start and look forward to listening to the 3rd book.

Deke and Rylies stories were told seperate before they meet and I liked how it was told with a male and female narrator.

Dermot Mulroney!

Heather Graham is on my read list. 1001 Dark Nights is also on my read list. When I noticed that Blood on the Bayou was being narrated by Dermot Mulroney, well, it made the must-listen-to-now list. I wasn't disappointed. Dermot Mulroney did a wonderful job with narration. Heather Graham wrote a fun and entertaining story. It didn't matter that I haven't read any of the Cafferty and Quinn series yet. (That will be corrected.) There was enough backstory provided that I didn't get lost. I enjoyed all of the characters. The story was well paced with good action and suspense, with just enough romance for spice. Well done all.

Swamp Creatures

Aww, this was such a great book! I love old legends. It had the perfect amount of spookiness mixed in with the supernatural. The narrator is amazing!

Really fun mystery.

The intro almost turned me off but then it stopped and the real storyline got going. So yes I will be looking into more books by Heather Graham.

The Narration by Dermot Mulroney was spot on. For me he added color and life to the tale. So yes this one that I will be adding to my permanent audible collection.

Bad and Not Romance

Got this as part of the romance package in audible. First, this is NOT a romance and the intro to the book played no real part of the main story. Narration was ok, but couldn't save the lame story.

Quick murder mystery

Dreamt Mulroney has a perfect voice for this creepy New Orleans swamp murder mystery...listen quick as the characters multiply and talk swiftly.... a few accents make it a listen you must concentrate on closely...

Karen Rose rocks it again!

Karen Rose writes some of the most three-dimensional characters I have ever seen. They become so real to me and they are human beings. They make mistakes like the rest of us. They mysteries are so intense and hard to figure out (which I love!). The personal lives are very deep and involved as well. Yes there is a love story in here, but it is really just a small part of the overall story. I have eagerly snapped up every one Ive seen since the very first one I listened to! Thank you!!

The never ending story

This meanders slowly. And I guarantee you will want to poke your eye out in frustration at the stupidity of Steven. Good Lord. Not just his jealousy issues but the stupidity of not realizing where the barn would be. *rolling my eyes.

Cannot finish this book

I made it 5 chapters and regret purchasing this book. The story seems to be good but the narrator is horrible. I would love to have my credit back for this one.
