Dr. Barrie Sands is a veterinarian, healer, scientist, author, artist, and an international educator and speaker. Within a diversity of passions, she values seeking truth as it pertains to our humanity and the relationships that we have with ourselves, each other, nature, and the animals with which we cohabitate. She is also a HeartMath certified trainer and practitioner of Shamanic Medicine through the 4 Winds Society. Her work marries spirituality, quantum physics and science and she calls this - Illumina Scienca. She says, “Illumina Sciencia is a term that I use to describe the concept of shedding light upon or becoming enlightened with the sense of Knowing.
