A "See You Later" message from Dr Barbara:
"My dear National and Global Listeners,
As I sit down infront of the mic, my heart is full of gratitude, nostalgia, and a touch of bittersweet emotion. Since September of 2020, this podcast has been a safe space for all of us—a place where we came together to find solace, inspiration, and connection during a time when the world felt uncertain and heavy.
Over the past four years, we’ve grown together. Week after week, you welcomed me into your homes, your routines, and your hearts.
But as with all journeys, there comes a time to turn the page and begin a new chapter. To be honest, that time has come for me. After four incredible years of podcasting To Be Honest, I have decided to move on to new ventures in my mission to help people. This isn’t an end—it’s a continuation of the work I hold dear, but in a different form.
With love and gratitude, let me say this to you: until we meet again, stay safe, learn heaps, and find the courage to be your true self!"
