Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements.

Find out if one trace mineral can help end your arthritis pain for good.

0:00 Introduction: The number 1 missing trace mineral in arthritis
    0:24 What is boron?
    0:57 Boron benefits
3:26 How much boron do you need for arthritis?

Today, we’re going to talk about the number 1 missing trace mineral involved in arthritis. Vitamin D and magnesium are often used for arthritis, but they won’t work without enough boron.

There aren't many studies on boron, but there is some promising data involving boron and arthritis. Boron seems to be the key trace mineral that allows calcium and magnesium to work.

If you’re deficient in boron, you’ll have excess calcium and magnesium in the urine and tend to get more calcification in the soft tissues. You might also have weaker bones.

Here are some of the health benefits of boron:
    • Helps keep minerals inside the bone
    • Allows vitamin D to be activated
    • Helps prevent tooth decay

Boron helps prevent joint inflammation by reducing C-reactive protein. A boron deficiency can also cause receding gums, kidney stones, calcium in the arteries, and calcium in the joints.

The parathyroid gland stores the most boron in the body and produces a hormone that helps control calcium. If you don’t have enough calcium, the parathyroid hormone will increase to extract the calcium from your bones. You need boron to allow this process to work.

If you’re low in boron, you might also be low in testosterone or estrogen. Research suggests that boron can even potentially help reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

To use boron to help relieve arthritis symptoms, try starting with 3 mg of boron three times per day and see if the problem resolves within 1 to 3 months.

  • What Happens If You Take Collagen Daily?

I’m sure you’ve heard of using collagen for skin, hair, and anti-aging, but does collagen really work? It does, but in more ways than you think! Find out about the real benefit of collagen you’ve probably never heard about. Learn more about collagen absorption to maximize the benefits!

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

    Chapters:-

    0:00 Introduction: Collagen benefits

    1:04 What is collagen?
    2:45 More benefits of collagen
    4:10 Collagen peptides
    7:58 The best collagen sources
9:22 Improving collagen absorption and function

Collagen is often used for hair, skin, nails, and joints. It’s been used to prevent wrinkles and as a beauty product, but the real benefit of collagen has nothing to do with beauty!

Our ancestors ate animals nose to tail. This means they included organ meats, bone marrow, cartilage, and skin as vital parts of their diet.

Around 30% of the protein in your body is collagen. It makes up the connective tissue of the body. Your tendons, ligaments, cartilage, fascia, and even a portion of your bones are made of collagen.

In modern times, most of our meat doesn’t contain much collagen. Only 1% to 3% of the protein we eat is collagen. This can lead to deficiencies in glycine, a key amino acid.

When you’re 17, you have the most collagen of your entire life. As we age, we lose a significant amount of collagen, leading to skin sagging, wrinkles, joint issues, and increased overall fragility.

Here are some of the surprising benefits of collagen:

    •Antioxidant properties
    •Helps increase glutathione
    •Gut lining repair
    •Glycine for sleep and detoxification

Most of the collagen from the diet breaks down into amino acids. Only 10% remains as collagen peptide chains.

Peptides are signaling molecules that tell the body to repair and rebuild connective tissue. These peptides trigger specific genes that activate the fibroblast cells in the body to produce collagen and elastin.

When you consume muscle meat, eggs, and whey protein, you’re only getting amino acids, not the signaling molecules for repairing and rebuilding.

To increase your collagen intake, you can try a collagen supplement. You can also consume collagen-rich foods, such as the skin on chicken or fish. You can use bones, joints, and cartilage to make a variety of stews and soups. Bone marrow is an excellent source of collagen!

Grass-fed, grass-finished beef has more collagen than conventional beef. You can even try mixing collagen powder in your coffee!

Don’t forget the cofactors, vitamin C, biotin, and trace minerals, which are vital for collagen absorption and function.

  • Vitamins You Should NEVER Use

Find out about the harmful vitamins and supplements lurking in your medicine cabinet. These dangerous vitamins are not beneficial to your health, and often have the opposite effect. Do not take these vitamins!

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: The 10 vitamins you should never take

    0:40 Synthetic vitamin A
    2:00 Synthetic beta carotene
    3:08 Folic acid
    4:25 Synthetic B12
    5:51 Calcium carbonate
    7:14 Iron
    8:36 Magnesium oxide
    9:33 Synthetic vitamin D (D2)
    10:42 Omega-6 fat (Linoleic acid)
    11:36 Copper

Synthetic vitamins are often cheap and create a huge profit margin for the manufacturer. Most big vitamin companies are owned by Big Pharma and big chemical companies.

Never take synthetic vitamin A! It can build up in the liver and fat cells and even cause a birth defect if it occurs during pregnancy. Synthetic vitamin A can also interfere with vitamin D and K2, increasing the risk of fractures.

Beta carotene is not the same as vitamin A's active form. Synthetic beta carotene, made from coal tar and petroleum, can increase the risk of certain cancers.

Folic acid is different from folate, the natural form of vitamin B9. Around 30% to 40% of the world's population has an alteration of the MTHFR gene, which interferes with their ability to turn folic acid into folate, causing it to build up in the blood. This can lead to an increased risk of cancer and a suppressed immune system.

Synthetic B12, or cyanocobalamine, requires glutathione to convert to the active form methylcobalamine. Consuming large amounts of synthetic B12 depletes you of this vital antioxidant.

Calcium carbonate is the main ingredient in many popular multivitamins. It can build up in the arteries and kidneys and increase your risk of a heart attack.

Too much iron can increase your risk of type 2 diabetes, liver issues, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s. Many iron supplements contain ferrous sulfate, a damaging, poor-quality source of iron.

Magnesium oxide is a cheap, poorly-absorbed form of magnesium that frequently causes diarrhea. Choose magnesium glycinate for significantly better absorption, better sleep, lower cortisol, and more overall benefits.

Synthetic vitamin D is called ergocalciferol and is made by exposing fungus or yeast to UV radiation. Vitamin D2 is not nearly as beneficial as vitamin D3, yet it’s the most prescribed.

Don’t consume supplements with added omega-6 fat, often in the form of linoleic acid. Too much omega-6 fat increases inflammation.

We need copper, but high amounts of cheap copper can be toxic. Ensure you consume copper with other trace minerals in the proper ratios, especially zinc!

  • How to Lose Weight WITHOUT a Diet

Can you lose weight without dieting? In this video, I’ll share some weight loss tips that actually work and uncover the truth about weight loss without dietary changes.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: How to lose weight without dieting

    0:10 Exercise for weight loss
0:51 Ice baths for weight loss
2:55 Can you lose weight without diet changes?
    3:45 Fat-burning tips
4:13 Reducing insulin to lose weight
4:48 Weight loss on the carnivore diet
5:09 Intermittent fasting and weight loss
    6:00 Carbohydrates and fat-burning

It's very difficult to lose even one pound of body fat without changing your diet. If you eat junk food, you’ll have to burn even more calories to burn extra fat. Weight loss is 15% exercise and 85% diet!

You have to change your diet if you want to lose weight. There’s no way around it! Exercise improves fitness, muscle tone, and health, but it is not the key to weight loss and certainly won’t help you lose weight fast.

If you want to lose fat and not just water weight, you have to keep insulin low. Decreasing insulin will also decrease your appetite and cravings. To reduce insulin, you must go on a low-carb diet!

The carnivore diet involves eliminating all carbohydrates and eating meat, eggs, fish, and cheese. This simple diet can help you lose weight fast!

Intermittent fasting is the key to fat loss. It can also help with other health problems, such as inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression.

Remember, carbs block fat burning. You can lose weight without changing your diet, but it won't be much!

  • #1 Best Meal to Stop a Heart Attack and Stroke

The best meal to prevent a heart attack or stroke will also help clean your arteries! Support cardiovascular health naturally by consuming the top foods for stroke and heart attack prevention that also help prevent blocked arteries.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: How to clean arteries naturally

1:12 Clot formation and blocked arteries
    4:10 Excess iron
5:57 Leaky gums, leaky gut, and cardiovascular disease
6:42 Foods that unclog arteries and prevent heart attack
10:56 More tips to prevent a heart attack or stroke

Did you know that clots cause 80%-90% of heart attacks and 87%-91% of strokes? This is why the top foods for stroke and heart attack prevention also help clean your arteries.

Typically, when a clot forms, it dissolves within minutes or hours. This is a normal survival mechanism and does not cause heart attacks or strokes. When the normal clotting process becomes dysfunctional, you can develop blocked arteries.

Dysfunctional clotting typically starts from a leak in your gums or gut when endotoxins enter the body. Excess iron can contribute to the problem. Pathogens need iron to survive. Excessive free iron can feed and amplify endotoxins, thereby awakening dormant pathogenic microbes.

Excess iron typically comes from fortified foods, such as bread, pasta, cereal, and ultra-processed carbs. If you need iron, it's best to get it from red meat rather than a supplement. Stress increases adrenaline, which can amplify the effects of pathogens and cause them to consume more iron.

The following factors can cause issues in the gut, which can in turn affect the clotting process and contribute to blocked arteries:

    •Gluten
    •Alcohol
    •Smoking
    •Seed oils
    •Ultra-processed foods
    •NSAIDs
    •Antibiotics

To prevent a heart attack naturally, try the following meal. It’s composed of the best foods for clogged arteries!

    •Wild-caught salmon or fatty fish
•Salad: Arugula, beets, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar
    •Garlic
    •Sauerkraut
    •Green or black tea
    •Dark chocolate

After the meal, go for a 10-20 minute post-meal walk, focusing on nasal breathing.
