There have been over 300,000 new cases of prostate cancer diagnosed this year, but most men diagnosed with prostate cancer won’t die from it. Why is that?
The prostate is a gland that wraps around the urethra and produces fluid that helps transport sperm. Normally the size of a walnut, the prostate can become enlarged, sometimes reaching the size of a ping pong ball or even a lemon.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common cause of an enlarged prostate. Sometimes it affects urination, and sometimes it doesn’t.
High PSA levels can be associated with prostate cancer, but they don’t necessarily indicate cancer. There are several other causes of high PSA levels, including prostate enlargement.
High levels of DHT, a powerful form of testosterone, and elevated insulin can both contribute to prostate enlargement. Maintaining adequate vitamin D and zinc is also important for supporting normal prostate size and overall prostate health.
To support a healthy prostate, focus on the following:
1. Adequate vitamin D
2. Healthy insulin levels
3. Avoiding xenoestrogens
4. Sufficient zinc
5. Intermittent and prolonged fasting

Gluten is the only protein that humans can not digest. Over the years, we’ve added more and more gluten to the diet, which has increased gut inflammation.
Just because a food is gluten-free does not make it healthy! Processed gluten-free foods are loaded with seed oils, sugars, and starches. Gluten can destroy the gut, but so can refined starches and sugars. Good bacteria prefer fiber, but bad bacteria thrive on sugar and starches. Consuming processed gluten-free foods can create an overgrowth of harmful bacteria.
When bad bacteria breaks down and dies, it releases a toxic byproduct that can lead to inflammation in the liver, a fatty liver, and skin issues like dermatitis.
Chemicals, enzymes, and acids are used to remove the gluten from the grain in processed gluten-free foods, creating a more highly refined product.
Gluten-free foods are low in protein, which can lead to over-eating. They can also cause SIBO, inflammation, and leaky gut. Gut health directly contributes to your mental health, so this can lead to moodiness, lowered emotions, anxiety, and depression.
Read the ingredients in gluten-free products or focus on consuming whole foods like meat and vegetables. If the fiber from vegetables makes things worse, try the carnivore diet for some time.

Learn more about increasing longevity by increasing VO2 max.
DATA:
0:00 Introduction: Longevity
Today we’re going to talk about one of the best tests for longevity—the VO2 max test.
VO2 max is the volume of oxygen your body can consume over a certain amount of time. You can get this test from doctors who specialize in sports medicine.
To increase your VO2 max, you need to consider two things:
2. Lactic acid - Built-up lactic acid affects your pH and muscles, making breathing and exercising more difficult.
Top athletes with efficient mitochondria, who have increased their capacity to absorb oxygen and get rid of lactic acid, have bulletproofed themselves against disease. They also have high VO2 max scores. This makes the VO2 max test a good measurement to help evaluate your overall health.
The best ways to increase VO2 max, and therefore, longevity:
2. Increase CO2 tolerance
3. Increase your lactic acid tolerance
4. Hypoxic training
5. Respiratory muscle training
6. Plyometric training
7. Fartlek training
8. Cross-training
9. Sleep
10. Don’t overtrain
11. A healthy diet

Discover how to combat the complications of diabetes naturally.
DATA:
0:00 Introduction: Why is diabetes bad?
Today I’m going to share five vitamins that can help with the complications of diabetes.
High blood glucose affects four main tissues, including:
However, the damage to these tissues can lead to a myriad of health problems.
Glycation is a combination of sugar and protein in the body, and it can lead to this dysfunction of tissues. An A1C score is basically a number that represents glycated hemoglobin (a protein in red blood cells) to help tell how bad someone’s diabetes is.
Glycation can also occur when someone consumes a combination of sugar or carbs and protein or fat.
When glycation occurs, it can build up into advanced glycation end products (AGEs). With AGEs comes a lot of free radical damage, inflammation, and oxidative stress.
The good news is that there are natural things that can inhibit glycation.
Vitamins that inhibit glycation:
Other natural glycation inhibitors:

DATA:
0:00 Introduction: Aging spots, dark spots, and liver spots
Today, we’re going to talk about how to get rid of hyperpigmentation. Some people also refer to hyperpigmentation as aging spots, dark spots, or liver spots.
The liver doesn’t actually cause aging spots or liver spots. These spots are caused by too much melanin, which is a skin pigment.
Certain things might cause you to notice more dark spots, including:
A few causes of hyperpigmentation are:
Melanin protects against UV and also acts as an antioxidant. It’s actually there to try to counter all of the damage that’s happening to your skin. These dark spots are really an indication that you’re low in vitamin C and other antioxidants.
Tyrosinase is a certain enzyme that’s necessary to make melanin. But there are some interesting natural remedies that can act as tyrosinase inhibitors.

In this video, I’ll show you how to use castor oil for hair growth, healthy skin, arthritis, and more! Find out how to amplify the health benefits of castor oil with a few simple tips. Multiply the benefits of castor oil by 10!

Castor oil has been used for over 4,000 years! It’s been found in ancient Egyptian tombs and in Chinese and Indian medicine.
When shopping, look for an organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil packaged in a dark bottle.
Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, which is not found in any other plant. It can help eliminate dark spots and wrinkles and is very hydrating for your skin. It can penetrate all three layers of your skin and can even dissolve lumps in some cases.
Castor oil benefits are best seen with consistent use. To see results, use castor oil three times per week for at least 30 days to 6 weeks.
Potential health benefits of castor oil include the following:
•Increases growth and thickness of eyelashes and brows
•Removes skin tags and warts with the help of iodine and garlic
•Boosts the immune system
•Helps dissolve tartar
•Reduces pain from arthritis
•Reduces liver congestion and increases bile flow
Castor oil penetrates the skin, so you can use castor oil packs on the ovaries or breasts to help address cysts. DMSO can help castor oil penetrate the skin more deeply. Magnesium oil is also a helpful addition to castor oil.
Try dipping your face in an ice bath before applying castor oil. A 48 to 72-hour fast replaces dead cells with new cells and can have a multi-layer effect on your skin. A healthy diet is also essential!
Castor oil can improve stretch marks and scars and boost hair growth. Massage castor oil into your scalp to reduce dandruff and dry scalp. Jamaican black castor oil is the best option for your hair and scalp.
Massage castor oil into your feet to address inflammation systemically and use topically to reduce pain. Castor oil can cause early contractions during pregnancy, so use with caution.

Bill St. Pierre has been working on building homes for two families, but he realized that the need was too great and that campers could be used to help more people faster. Bill brought 25 campers, now occupied by 25 families, down to North Carolina.
The organizations Bill is working with desperately need more campers! Unfortunately, many of the people displaced by Hurricane Helene are unable to get much help from FEMA.
Bill is working with RISE Disaster Relief and Recovery to raise tax-free donations to put more people inside of campers. If you’re able, please donate to help these families affected by Hurricane Helene.

In this video, we’re going to talk about a dangerous ingredient that’s making you fat and damaging your health. The FDA classifies this ingredient as GRAS, which means “generally recognized as safe.”
Monosodium glutamate, also known as MSG, is a flavor enhancer. Studies have shown that it causes obesity, diabetes, metabolic problems, and a fatty liver in mice, so how can it be safe for humans?
Monosodium glutamate overstimulates a part of the hypothalamus that regulates the balance of hunger and satiation. It prevents the utilization of energy and also affects fertility. The average daily consumption of MSG is 590 mg to 2330 mg. Some people consume up to 5000 mg in one day! Consuming carbs and MSG together accentuates its effects.
Not only does MSG contribute to obesity, but it may also cause headaches, allergy symptoms, irritability, sleeping problems, and dizziness.
Many people consume hidden MSG unknowingly. If there’s less than half a gram of MSG in a product, it’s not required to be listed as an ingredient!
Foods high in monosodium glutamate include the following:
•Instant noodles
•Chips
•Flavored popcorn
•Canned soups
•Bouillon cubes
•Processed meat
•Fast food
•Seasonings
•Salad dressings
•Frozen dinners
•Gravy
•Appetizers
•Flavored crackers
•Canned vegetables
