  • This One Video Could Rescue MILLIONS of Lives!

Do you have vertical ridges on your fingernails? Don’t treat the symptom without determining the root cause! In this video, we’ll discuss some potential causes of nail ridges to help you address the problem instead of covering it up.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: What causes ridges on nails?

    0:45 Iron deficiency symptoms
    1:58 Zinc deficiency symptoms
    3:08 Biotin deficiency symptoms
4:05 Addressing nutrient deficiencies to fix vertical lines on nails

Vertical ridges on nails are typically caused by one of 3 nutrient deficiencies:

    1. Iron deficiency
    2. Zinc deficiency
    3. Biotin deficiency

To determine which nutrient deficiency is causing the vertical ridges on your nails, first, look at your other symptoms. If you have an iron deficiency, you may also experience heavy menstruation and symptoms of anemia.

Some people have a genetic problem that causes too much iron. Even with too much iron, you can become anemic because the iron in your body is dysfunctional. Liver problems and blood tests pinpointing a problem with iron could mean your nail ridges are caused by an iron deficiency.

Cravings for ice or dirt and feeling cold with cold feet and hands can also signify iron deficiency.

If zinc deficiency is behind your nail ridges, you may notice frequent illnesses, or it may take you a while to recover after getting sick. Other zinc deficiency symptoms include:

    •Low testosterone
    •Libido issues
    •Erectile dysfunction
    •Loss of muscle mass
    •Night blindness
    •Alopecia
    •Inflammation of the skin

Most of your biotin is made by your microbes, so a history of antibiotic use can contribute to biotin deficiency. Biotin deficiency symptoms include brittle hair, thin nails, neurological problems, and peripheral neuropathy.

Biotin, zinc, and iron control collagen. A deficiency in either of these nutrients can cause vertical lines on the nails. Once you identify which nutrient you are most likely deficient in, you can increase your intake of certain foods or supplements to fix the problem.

Grass-fed liver pills or spleen extract pills are the best option for an iron deficiency. To increase zinc, consume more shellfish, oysters, and grass-fed beef. If you choose to take a supplement for zinc, take 50 grams in a blend with other trace minerals, including copper.

If you have a biotin deficiency, try increasing your biotin with a supplement. Take a good probiotic to support gut health, which will naturally help increase biotin.

There is an interesting cause of artery calcification that I’ve never talked about before, and you need to be aware of it.

0:00 Introduction: #1 overlooked cause of calcified arteries

    0:28 What is lactic acidosis?
1:30 The hidden cause of vascular calcification
    2:07 What causes lactic acidosis?
4:40 Natural remedies for lactic acidosis
8:12 Learn more about the causes of vitamin B1 deficiency!

Today we’re going to talk about an overlooked cause of coronary artery calcification: lactic acidosis. Lactic acidosis occurs as a byproduct of glucose metabolism.

Both lactic acidosis and lactate in the blood are associated with various health issues, including:

    • Heart attacks
    • Thrombosis
    • Panic attacks
    • Autonomic nervous system dysfunction
    • Bipolar disorder
    • Schizophrenia
    • Sepsis
    • Arrhythmia problems
    • Liver disease
    • Diabetes
    • Cancer
    • Restless leg syndrome

Calcification in the arteries is not just caused by old age, consuming too much calcium, or even a vitamin K2 deficiency.

It turns out that one cause of vascular calcification is hypoxia in the arteries. Hypoxia is a lack of oxygen, and this lack of oxygen in the arteries can be caused by lactic acidosis.

The top causes of lactic acidosis:

    • A high-carb diet
    • An overactive sympathetic dominance situation (chronic stress)
    • Metformin
    • Warfarin
    • Statins
    • Alcohol
    • Overtraining

The top symptoms of lactic acidosis are breathing problems and restlessness, especially in the leg muscles.

How to get rid of lactic acidosis:

    1. Get on the keto diet
    2. Reduce your stress
    3. Consume natural vitamin B1 (thiamine)

0:00 Introduction: How to clean out the arteries

0:22 Your microbiome and your arteries
2:54 An important vitamin for the arteries
6:02 The best foods for the arteries
8:05 The best meal to clean out the arteries
9:20 Learn more about supporting the arteries!

Today I want to share the best meal to clean out your arteries.

There is an interesting connection between your microbiome and your arteries. In mice studies, when the mice lack a healthy gut microbiome, they tend to develop a lot of inflammation. Inflammation in the arteries triggers a cascade of damaging effects. An overall imbalance of the microorganisms in the body can also lead to various problems in the arteries.

One of the most important vitamins for the arteries is vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 helps keep calcium buildup out of the arteries. The microbes in your gut have the ability to make vitamin K2, but fermented foods and fatty foods are also rich in vitamin K2.

Keep in mind that vitamin K2 works better when taken with vitamin D3. For every 100 mcg of vitamin K2, consider taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3.

Probiotics are crucial to support healthy arteries, and your friendly microbes are your natural probiotics. It’s important to support your microbiome and avoid sterile foods like pasteurized and over-processed foods.

The best meal to clean out the arteries:

    • Brie cheese
    • Fatty pork sausage
    • Sauerkraut

Each of these foods is fermented and loaded with vitamin K2. Give them a try, and start adding other alive and fermented foods to your diet.

  • The Worst Dog Food Ever Made

This deadly dog food ingredient is KILLING your dog. Find out about the harmful dog food ingredients linked to cancer and other health problems. Know which dog food ingredients to avoid to keep your best friend healthy!

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: Toxic dog food ingredients

    0:33 Corn in dog food
    3:00 Meat and bone meal
    4:15 More dog diet dangers
    7:29 Dangerous dog food additives
    8:43 Dog health risks
9:12 Review of the bad ingredients in dog food

How to test for hidden carbs:

▶️    • Does Your Supplement Contain Maltodextrin?...

Let’s look at the toxic dog food ingredients that could be ruining your dog’s health.

    1. Ground whole grain corn

This is derived from dent corn, also known as field corn. This GMO corn contains traces of glyphosate, an herbicide linked to cancer. Dent corn may also sit for a year before turning into dog food, developing a deadly aflatoxin, also known to cause cancer.
Dogs are not meant to consume high amounts of grain! This highly refined starch is just hidden sugar that does not have to be listed on the label. The average dog food is about 48% carbohydrate, which can create metabolic issues, a fatty liver, and obesity.

    2. Meat and bone meal

This “meal” is typically sourced from dead, dying, diseased, or disabled animals. Euthanized dogs can even be used to create meat and bone meal!

    3. Soybean meal

Dogs are not meant to consume soybeans, especially highly processed GMO soy. Soybean meal is processed with chemical solvents like hexane and contains phytonutrients that can affect the thyroid, hormones, and offspring if your dog is pregnant.

    4. Animal fat

This sounds healthy, but it is usually combined with highly oxidized seed oils preserved with chemicals such as BHA or BHT—carcinogens banned in Europe.

    5. Corn gluten meal

This ethanol byproduct contains a corn protein called zein, which is incomplete and poorly absorbed.

    6. Chicken byproduct meal

This ingredient also includes dead, dying, diseased, and disabled animals (4D’s), which may also contain antibiotics.

    7. Red 40, Yellow 6, Blue 2

Dangerous dog food additives like food coloring can cause neurological issues and contribute to tumor formation.

    8. Animal digest

    This is slaughterhouse waste!

    9. Wheat middlings

This wheat industry waste product contains ethoxyquin, a carcinogenic ingredient banned in Europe. It can also form acrylamide when cooked, which can trigger cancer and liver problems.
