In the first 30 days of her tenure as Superintendent of Norfolk Public Schools, Dr. Melinda Boone spent most of her time listening and searching for answers to these questions:

2) What are the most pressing issues in NPS?

3) What are the top 3-5 challenges as we enter the second semester?

She listened to a variety of stakeholders, including citizens of Norfolk.
