Alright y'all, be ready for a different type of episode for this one!!!  My guest on this episode is my friend Alex Wolfe!!!  He is an actor, writer, and he's got...a unique sense of humor!  ( there will be some dark, sarcastic, different type of humor in this one, you have been warned lol)

Alex and I went to college together and we bond over him harassing me/roasting me all the time, even though I'm the big brother lol but it is all out of love.

Its time to have a silly loose goose time with my boy Kirk!!!  In this episode of drinks on dusty we are drinking a classic, whiskey and coke (Jack Danials specially).  OOOOOO BOY DID WE DRINK ITTTTTT, ALLLL OF ITTTT.  Was quite a journey folks. (yes....I got a little....drunky) but hey, that was the journey!

Kirk is an actor, podcast host, creator and just one talented individual. We went to college together, partied together, acted together and I have learned so much from him.  He is truly someone I have always looked up to.  We also have a baddass time, just a couple bros always ready for fun.

In this episode we talk about our dreams in life, his journey as an actor, friendship, creating work, therapy, growing up, and much much more.  This episode was recorded a while back but its time to share it!  Kirk gets into some insightful topics cuz he is WAYYYYY more poetic and smarter than I am.

In this episode Dusty has on his college professor, mentor, and favorite person Joan Korte!!!!  They drink all different drinks because Joan couldn't decide what she wanted and we love it!

Joan is an actress, a theatre professor at Nebraska Wesleyan University, (thats where dusty went to college).  She is also one of the great influences in Dustins life.  She is raddddddd!! We drink, catch up and have one hell of a time. 

We talk about actor work, what teaching is like, how we became close and her love for the students she teaches. We also share stories from our time together from when I was a student.  Such as me making her country cds, her stopping rehearsal so I can watch football, how I was as a student , andddd how we pulled off that show that saved the department!!! (lol)

Also talk about country music, Joans life journey, not giving a fuck, life and much more!!!!

In this episode Dusty has on his pal Nick Luis and we are drinking his very own Witches Brew drink!!!!  Nick is a performer, is a drag queen, LOVES lion king two and all Disney movies. Nick is also one of the most optimistic people I have ever had a the pleasure to meet.  

Dusty and Nick met each other working for the same work place and have both said we dug each others energies right off the bat!

In this episode of DOD we talk about our love for the Lion King 2 soundtrack, performing, Nick educates Dusty on Drag performances and much more.

Nick also gets open about coming out as a proud gay man and some of the struggles he had to deal with in life.

Episode 5 and we are here to Thrive Baybay!

It’s my favorite ladies in NYC… Megan Goodman and Julia Wilkinson wooooooo!!! This was also our very first in-person recording, so we are stepping it up here on Drinks on Dusty peeps, get excited.

In this episode, we’re drinking rosé 🍷 (and at one point Megan very confidently says “white wine makes me slutty” which is now the title of the episode:) … so we just leaned into that energy for one hello of a time.

These two are talented, intelligent, stunning, and honestly two of my favorite people in the world. They also have to put up with a lot of random calls, texts, and FaceTimes from me… so shoutout to them for that. I adore them.

We all went to college together studying theatre. Both are actresses, musicians, and creators doing their thing in NYC and beyond.

Julia is an actress/director who’s worked with Norwegian Cruise Line and other NYC productions. She’s now fully leaning into directing- festivals, web series, musicals, and so much more. She’s out here building her own lane.

Megan is an actress and musician who’s been part of multiple NYC productions and is now focused on creating her own music. She’s an incredibly talented lyricist, and her voice is seriously like no other.

It was an honor having these beautiful ladies on the podcast for our very first in person recording and we drank ALL the rosé… and I mean ALLLL of it 🍷

We talk college, NYC catcalling, changing your path in life, and so much more.

Julia and Megan went to college with me, where we were involved In the theatre program together.  Julia and Megan were musical theatre majors and moved to NYC together to pursue their dream. They have...a lot of dirt and stories on me, but they are my dear friends and now they have to deal with my drunk texts and me paying for all their drinks when we are out:)

Julia Is an actress/director/musician who performed on the Norwegian Cruise line and directed numerous shows In the city. 

Megan Is also an actress and musician In NYC who has performed In the city.  Megan Is a musician who can sing like no other and is working on releasing her own EP.

We talk about theatre, performing and their love for New York and what It has done for them these last few years.

We discuss them changing their path In NYC, how they've stayed close for so many years, and  the catcalling that happens In NYC and how they deal with It. 

As well as football, baseball, relationships, Dustin's first flight and how he thought It would crash In the water and just sharing stories of our life's. 

Dusty talks his drunken thoughts on Robin Williams, wanting a Pick up truck, LinManual Miranda as the modern Shakespeare, and Dustin thinking he could be a professional fighter.
