Ashley Marie Monroe, 35, is locked up with a $1 million bond after Michigan law enforcement says she crashed into a group of 16 family members walking to a relative’s house along the side of a road. Monroe, who has four children and is pregnant with her fifth, was caught within minutes of allegedly fleeing the scene.
