The message we find from the Readings of Palm Sunday are a message about how we ought to trust in God, even when situations look grim. Jesus suffered and died for each one of us in a very horrible way. He emptied Himself of all that entitled Him to better and He redeemed us by truly identifying with us. In these dark and uncertain times, we need that same humility.

Jesus enters Jerusalem on the back of a donkey. He enters like a hero, not a tyrant. He enters through peace and love, not war and destruction. Jesus will only come and live in you if you want Him. Not if you reject Him. He does not bully. He sets you free.
