On this edition of Century: Psychedelic Treatment. The Massachusetts

Legislature\'s Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and

Recovery held a public hearing on Monday November 10 to consider bills

relating to the topics of treatment settings and psychedelics. Two of

the bills the Committee looked at were H.2203, An Act establishing a

pilot program for access to regulated psilocybin, and H.4200, An Act

authorizing a pilot for the use of psychedelics in licensed treatment

facilities. On this edition of Century we hear some of the testimony

on those bills from several witnesses including Julian Fontaine Fox,

Co-Founder of the Entheogen Melanin Collective; CJ Laconte, Founder

and President of the Truxtun Foundation; Rita Graham, Policy Director

at the Truxtun Foundation; Neil Markey, CEO and Co-Founder of Beckley

Retreats; Jamie Morey, Executive Director of Mass Healing; and Graham

Moore, Educational Outreach Director at Mass Healing.
