Duncan Thorn has spent his time perfecting the art of customer service in wine. Having worked as a rep with Penfolds, and a myriad of other top shelf wineries, Duncan has developed his technique of setting customers, or anyone with a wine related question, or seeking to make that perfect buy, for a massive win. Duncan spent over half a decade traveling Europe and its surrounds when he felt the pull home and followed it back into the world of wine sales. Duncan has since devoted himself to ensuring his clientele benefit from his best wine advice and the premium wines that follow. A massive thanks to Duncan for joining me.
