On July 21st, 2020 when Dustin Chandler was found deceased on the side of the road in front of an address in Beverly Hills, Florida, his slide shoes were about 10 feet from where he lay, and his cell phone was ringing beside him.

The previous night he’d gone out with his mother and her friend Vickie, the friend’s roommate, and met a man named Eric Streid.

Later that night, they all ended up at Vickie’s house, hanging out and talking outside by the pool. Eric Streid’s mood changed at some point, and Dustin Chandler took Vickie’s truck to give him a ride home.

Dustin Chandler never returned.

This is a short, one-episode season, but it’s an important one, because I don’t believe justice was done in this case.
