15-year-old Boone High School student Linda Kerr disappeared from the Orlando, Florida area on Feb. 18, 1986. The investigation done by the Orange County Sheriff's office revealed that Linda left without her purse, shoes, or money.

Six years later, in 1982, Carol Harker Kerr, who was married to Linda's older brother Ken, was murdered by their brother Keith Kerr. The details of that homicide are disturbing,and led to questions about whether Keith had any involvement in his sister's disappearance 6 years earlier.

The body of Mate Crawford (50) was found about 2.5 miles west of US 19 on the side of the Ozello Trail in Citrus County, Florida on May 5, 1986. He had been shot twice with a small caliber weapon.
