Welcome back to The Viall Files! Today we have another special "where are they now" update show where we give you updates from our past callers to see what's happened in their situations and relationships since appearing on the show.

We bring on our first caller who was having a hard time separating herself from her CrossFit coach, who was also her former situationship. We check in to see if she's been able to leave the gym and maintain boundaries with him. Our second caller made out with her friend's coworker at a company outing, but received a long and formal text about how interested he was in having a "tryst" with her, causing her to question if she wanted to see him again. Finally, we get a second update from our caller that was interested in her neighbor that she went to a Harry Styles concert (and Europe) with. Has she had an honest conversation with him about her feelings, or are they continuing to hang out as "friends"?

We also have some written updates - our caller who fell for her boss' brother, and our other caller whose mom was running her dating apps. We hear where they're at now after our advice.
