This podcast today is going to cover a few things I've found since I discovered walking.
We take walking for granted, but I have been able to disconnect, focus internally with no distractions and ask hard questions.
My challenge to you if you're not a "walker" - go for a walk everyday for 7 days, just 20 minutes then ask yourself these questions while you're walking:
1) What is the vision I have for my life / what are my action steps to achieve that?
2) What am I so grateful for every day?
3) What are some things I am not proud of / how can I quit those things?
4) What are things I AM proud of?
I swear by this - it has opened up my mind to so many things, included the fact that I have been vaping all day every day for 5 years and logically knew I had to stop - all these ideads came while simply walking.
I challenge you to do it for a week, and report back!
