In this podcast today we're covering goals, dreams and ACTION STEPS.

So many podcasts can be about goal setting but what does that really mean?

We need to:

1) Know the vision (the goal) - if you don't have the vision, I've given you journal prompts to find it

2) Set the intention - affirm what you're going to accomplish

3) Understand what your action step is that day / week - if you don't know what to do - speak to someone who does / research / chatgpt / there is info out there

Then we will cover what I find helps me the most with daily calendars and setting up my days with success.
