Back in September while on my annual short 3-Day camping trip, I was bushwacking through the woods on a compass bearing and saw a human outline through the trees wearing some orange. This is when I met Nate Loda taking advantage of the early bear hunting season. I learned that he was hunting bear for the first time in the area. I was just surprised to see anyone while squeaking through the trees off-trail. I learned afterwards that Nate succeeded in getting a bear when he emailed me later on.
