Coinbase shares plummeted after its 2Q earnings missed on the top and bottom line, and 3Q guidance fell short of Street expectations. Then, Apple (AAPL) shares were more muted as the iPhone maker issued higher than expected iPhone sales estimates. In its 3Q, Apple iPhone sales topped $44.5B which surpassed estimates of $40.4B.
