 Hi angels, this episode came to me after a text conversation with my daughter. I saw in her messages the voice of intuition and that navigation between your head and your heart. Hi angels, this episode came to me feeling the contrast of fully owning my age and feeling incredible in my body at 45, then realising how I was criticising myself a few days earlier.

We women are so hard on ourselves! One of the big underlying causes for not feeling good enough is comparison. Not just against others, but ourselves too.

We have lost the ability to trust in our innate essence and are too busy and distracted to hear the whispers of our soul. We’re living in a masculine dominant energy of constantly doing, achieving, competing, comparing, surviving, striving that we’ve lost ourself in the process. Many women struggle with anxiety, low self worth, depression and a general unhappiness from this lifestyle. We’re looking for a quick fix and convenience. This way of living is getting modeled to our children and so the cycle will continue

Hi angels, I can honestly say my life transformed in so many ways from my first Bali retreat I went on as a guest.

But I was scared to go! I had blocks, fears, worries, doubts, but I went anyway. Earthy Angels is here today because of my first retreat and opening me up to something bigger within. 

But I didn’t see the big picture when I signed up to go. I was just a tired mum trying to remember who she was outside her role as a wife and mum!

2023 was my dark knight of the soul! Challenging at the time but truly awakening, transformational and what my soul needed for my personal growth and evolution and to share with the collective.

My intention for 2023 was for spiritual awakening and to truly discover my powers and potential and I wanted spiritual coaching.

Little did I know that having a bald spot on my head, discovering breast implant illness (BII), having my breast implants out, based on my intuition, was one of the biggest spiritual awakenings I’ve had in my life. At the time it was dark and difficult, but I got myself through it with new eyes and a deeper connection to myself than I’ve ever had.

My lesson was to trust. To trust in my intuition, trust in my soul, trust I had everything I needed within, trust in my psychic ability and strip away the blocks that were keeping me stuck in my ego. One of those physical blocks being my breast implants.

This was truly a return to authenticity and a journey I am incredibly grateful unfolded FOR me, not TO me!
