Strap yourselves in, coven. We're about to bring you the closest thing to proof of a bonafide UFO sighting- short of being zapped up and probed, of course! This week we're covering the Stephenville Lights, a series of UFO sightings that happened over Texas dairy county in 2008. Over the course of a number of days, dozens of folks reported seeing strange lights and crafts in the sky. The subsequent investigation revealed some pretty tangible and compelling proof of something strange overhead. Today we also learn all about MUFON (The Mutual UFO Network, obviously) and meet MUFON's top research guy, who is obviously Halee's newest celeb crush.... goodbye, Joe Nickell. You've been replaced! You know we want to believe, but this one just might have you believing too!

Happy Friday, Coven! It was a strange week in the world and a strange week for news. We have true crime updates, including the abusive mormon mommy blogger entering a plea deal, and criminal charges for the douchey wannabe influencer who allegedly killed his wife and her parents. Some things never change as everyone's favorite daytime TV host Maury Povich is back to his old antics (but this time in a cute way?) and the government is once again trying to hide the truth about DB Cooper. Amidst all this cosmic weirdness we also found reasons to celebrate- bigfoot has finally been caught on camera, and twilight is getting a reboot! Greetings, love beings! Your time to ascend has arrived. At least, that’s what Mother God would have you believe. Her real name was Amy Carlson, and her life’s work was dreaming up the infamous cult Love Has Won and convincing folks to follow her. (The only cult we’d follow is the cult of Ryan Gosling, but it seems not everyone is as discerning.) Amy believed she’d been reincarnated 574 times and was, in fact, Jesus Christ. She said celebrities like Robin Williams were a part of a “Galactic A Team” helping guide her into a 5D world. It was her job to bring 144,000 souls with her. Unfortunately, alcohol, drugs and one too many doses of colloidal silver made Amy bitter and angry, and the macho meth head she called “Father God” didn’t help matters. At the end of her days, Amy was a blue, lifeless skeleton. But was her mission successful? And did Robin Williams beam her up in his UFO? You’ll have to tune in to find out. Happy Haunting!

In 1587, the British left a group of colonists on Roanoke Island,  the first English settlement in the New World. They sailed back to England, promising to return with supplies and reinforcements in the following months. Nearly 3 years later, when a ship finally returned with supplies and aid, they found a puzzling scene. The entire settlement had been shuttered, with not a single trace of the colonists anywhere to be found. There was one single cryptic clue that may suggest the fate of the 115 British colonists- the word 'CROATOAN' carved into a fence.
