We also spoke to restauranteur Joseph Vargetto about his life in Melbourne's kitchens, how to stay relevant in today's restaurant scene, and what ingredients he's using this Autumn.

To finish the show we chatted to our winemaking buddy Duncan Buchanan about the few remaining grapes on the vine, and the possible effects of climate change on the industry.
