JP and Amelia Bierly both suffer from gluten intolerance. But they also both love beer and all that great food that’s pack with it. So, what could they do? The founders of Bierly Brewing in McMinnville, Oregon have delivered beautiful beers, picture-perfect pastries and spot-on savory food that even people who don’t need a gluten-free diet can enjoy.
