A nice spice cake, and cake porn… or was it heavenly bliss?
I picked up a coupla cake recipes from the New York Times contributors Esteban Castillo, Genevieve Ko and Dorie Greenspan. Dories lemon-spice cake is a kinda tasty spin on a pound cake. The Dulce de Leche Chocoflan, though… well, it’s either cake porn or a religious experience! Either way, it’s a new favorite.
