Sunday gave us Submission Underground 18 and jiu jitsu wizardry

Andrew Alexander - Aaron Tiegs - Hunter Colvin - Kody Steele - Keith Kirkorian - William Tackett & Kendall Reusing showed skills & subs you only wish could be found with Amazon next day delivery

THEN, Mason Fowler showed that even a BIG Vinny Magalhães wasn't taking his Championship belt 🥇 away from him ⚡️

There's also some NFL recap and today's (ep 92) @ChinCheckPod breaks it all down, so let's get with it!

'Throw it Back' by Missy Elliott - 2019

DAMN, so much is happening right now, '72nd Primetime Emmy Awards' went down and they REALLY showed how gross they are! Uncle Bens has decided to change its name but no real return on the years of BS. The once ginger Prince decided to yap his gums, 'The Ellen Show' is back AND the Louisville Grand Jury seriously let down Breonna Taylor! We talk about this and more in today's #EFTV

PLUS, Netflix provided some mouth watering view with season one of 'American Barbecue Showdown'.

AND, with our Audible of the week, is all about what would happen if you gave a dog a gun. Well, Adrian Tchaikovsky was a bit more nuanced than that, but we checked out his 'Dogs of War'.

This week:

- RGIII is not RBG

- Harry (formerly known as Prince), runs his mouth about US politics!

- Emmy taint awards due to years of discrimination!!!

- Black cast read Friends

- Mars are retiring their Uncle Ben brand

- The Ellen Show returns, BUT Ellen skirts the issue!!!

- One officer charged in Breonna Taylor shooting
