'What Means The World To You’ (feat. Keema) by Cam'ron - 2000

'Legacy Fighting Alliance' opens things up crazy nice Friday night with '105'.

The card has a couple of promotional standouts doing their thing.

Tabatha Ricci will be looking to continue her slick streak when she goes against Shawna Ormsby.

And Mark Martin must think that a great performance against Renato Valente will bring him within touching of a title fight.

AND, talking about titles, the vacant women's strawweight title is on the line, as Svetlana Gotsyk will go to war with Piera Rodriguez to see who walks out AndNew

It's all been leading to this, 'UFC 261' might be the best card so far this year, headlined by THREE title fights!!!

Leading us into the title volcano though, are out three 'Straight Fire' selections for the card.

Alex Oliveira vs Randy Brown leads us into the Main card, and what a great scrap this should be.

Then, it all opens up with Anthony Smith the vet, title challenger, never say die warrior steps up on short notice to challenge the young gunslinger, 'The Brute' Jimmy Crute who wants that shine, that seat in Valhalla, and to get into the title picture!

AND, to really get the scene set, we have the rematch between Uriah Hall & Chris Weidman eleven years in the making! Times are different, but not their drive to win. So for them, everything is still on the line!

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 177) @ChinCheckPod

- LFA 105: Rodriguez vs. Gotsyk

- UFC 261: Usman vs. Masvidal 2

- Submission Underground 22

'The Carnage' (feat. Harve Pierre) by Keith Murray - 2003

The weekends action got started with the last Bellator for a few weeks. And have to say '257' main card was stolen by Corey Anderson steller performance. He pushed the pace and then stopped the fight early in the third.

The current Light Heavy Champion Vadim Nemkov got a pretty one sided win. BUT, you'd have to think that right now Anderson has made himself the one to beat in the 'Light Heavyweight World Grand Prix'.

Then 'Legacy Fighting Alliance' brought Friday home, with 'LFA 104'.

And it opened with a BANG, as Roland Dunlap kicked the doors off with a HUGE SLAM KO. And Thomas Petersen kept the momentum going with his first round KO win.

The card had solid fights, BUT, Javier Garcia and Yuma Horiuchi both snatched victory with come from behind submissions. Especially Garcia who was 11 seconds away from a clear decision loss!!!

'UFC on ESPN 22' did its thing Saturday night with a solid card, considering late fight cancellations.

The BIG standouts of the night were Tony Gravely who got the whole night going with his second round stoppage win. And then Gerald Meerschaert who may have saved his job with a first round rear naked choke submission! Both fighters picked up a bonus for their performances!

Jessica Penne came back from four years away to earn a well deserved victory!

Jacob Malkoun put on a wrestling clinic and Andrei Arlovski after stepping in on short notice, really did his thing with fast hands and slick foot work.

AND, in the Main event, Robert Whittaker REALLY put on a masterful performance and declaration that its time for 'The Reaper' to get back in there with 'Stylebender'.

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 176) @ChinCheckPod

- Bellator 257: Nemkov vs. Davis 2

- LFA 104: McKenzie vs. Phillips

- UFC on ESPN 22: Whittaker vs. Gastelum

'Yeah Yeah U Know It' by Keith Murray - 2003

Editor, producer, writer and director Emmalie El Fadli came through and talked all things 'From A to Q'. It's her new short film that got a fantastic response at the recent 'BFI Flare Festival'.

We catch-up with Jessica Benhamou, who wrote and directed 'Love Is A Hand Grenade'. A short that really captures a tricky moment in a friendship and had a lot of positive feedback at the recent 'BFI Flare Festival'.

Director, writer, producer, and theatre geek, Jonathan Wysocki stopped by to talk about his debut film 'Dramarama' which took the 'BFI Flare Festival' by storm!

The 35th 'BFI Flare: London LGBTIQ+ Film Festival' ran from Wednesday 17th to Sunday 28th March 2021.

26 films played over the twelve days, as part of the 'Minds' (Reflections on art, politics and community), 'Bodies' (Stories of sex, identity and transformation) and 'Hearts' (Films about love, romance and friendship) streams.

There were also seven streams showing a number of short films.

We looked at thirteen films and three shorts, and today, we reflect on all of them.

Well, Friday is here, so that means we are turning our gaze to what's been happening in the world of #MMA

Ahead of his fight on Saturday night, Jake Paul made a claim he has CTE. Even though retracted, what should happen!?!

The groundbreaking WMMA promotion, 'Invicta FC' has a new home at 'AXS TV'.

Julianna Peña gets her wish at 'UFC 265' UFC265 as she challenges for Amanda Nunes for her BantamWeight belt.

PLUS, we take a look at the 'UFC on ESPN 22: Whittaker vs. Gastelum' weigh-in's. Two fighters miss, one in a huge way and that fight is gone!

Today's (ep 175) @ChinCheckPod breaks it all down, so let's get with it!

- Jake Paul and CTE

- Invicta FC has a new home!

- Ladies BantamWeight title on the line, as Nunes defends against Pena
