Looking for inspiration on helping make the Earth a better place? Ed Begley Jr. has committed his life to going green and shares simple tips on how you can start on your path to a green life today.

I am joined by actor and environmental activist, Ed Begley Jr. Ed is a Golden Globe and seven-time Emmy nominated actor who for decades, has been a champion and educator for causes dedicated to protecting the earth. I had the opportunity to discuss Ed's amazing career and fascinating life as an environmentalist with him. We discuss Ed's work with Christopher Guest (Spinal Tap, Best in Show, Mascots, etc) and the process of how those amazing movies are made. Ed didn't just play a drummer in Spinal Tap, he was a drummer in a band and shares an amazing story of how he and friend John Eimen found themselves playing with Sonny and Cher. Ed shared stories of his Oscar-winning father and some of the amazing opportunities his father was able to bestow upon him. Ed shared stories of the time he was a stand-up comedian with a one-day famous Seinfeld star and the time he got arrested after a show and his improv training. We of course also discuss Ed's path to becoming the TV and movie star he is today which started with a spot on My Three Son's that led him to his critical success on St. Elsewhere and one cruise on The Love Boat.

In the 1970s as a celebration of the very first, Earth Day Ed began a lifelong commitment to being green and saving the environment. Ed shares his journey on how he went green and shares tips on how everyone can start their own journey as well.

Ed also has a line of Earth-friendly cleaning products. Starting from the ground up, Ed set out to develop a line of natural household products that he would be proud to put his name on.
