Ed has done literally everything you can do in Hockey, from winning a NCAA Championship to winning The Stanley Cup to winning a Gold Medal in the Olympics and we were thrilled to have him on the show. He walks Jesse through how he got started in hockey and what led him to whiskey. They talk about his family business Belfour Spirits, and taste some of the delicious whiskey they are producing.
