Today we are unpacking the Eight Limbs of Yoga. To aid us, I will be referencing the Pathway to Liberation book by Bhava Ram.

I hope this broad strokes lesson aids you in the understanding of living yoga. These concepts can be found across most world religions, although my interpretation is through the Buddhist lens.
