In this episode, I host a long-time friend Tracy M. Akandinda. Tracy is the owner and founder of The Moonlight Store in Uganda. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Makerere University Business School in Uganda. Tracy talks about personal finance and why it is not taught to the kids in schools and how it has become a big problem in Uganda. She also shares stories from personal experience of how her parents were affected by financial problems which made her life difficult at the campus. She had to raise tuition for her time at university by doing gigs around town. Tune in to listen to how Tracy managed to raise money for her school and why she decided to start educating others about personal finances.
