Today I speak with Simon Kavanagh, Master Learning Archer at KaosPilots a novel Higher Education provider offering education within creative leadership and meaningful entrepreneurship. They are based in Denmark and accept a cohort of around forty students each year who go on to be enterprising leaders. Simon speaks about the KaosPilot three year program so I won't repeat it here but it's clear that Simon and the Kaos team think differently about the role of education and their learning, as well as their operating model are distinct.
Simon is highly creative, a visionary leader who is willing to experiment, fail and adapt. Highly motivated, introspective, dedicated and purpose-driven, he is someone I want to get to know better I'm sure you will too.
