Dr. Edward Woo is the chairman of the Department of Vascular Surgery at MedStar Health in Washington, DC, and professor of surgery at Georgetown University. He went to medical school, residency and fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and served on staff as a vascular surgeon before moving to Washington, DC. At MedStar, he grew a division of vascular surgery, interviewing and hiring many surgeons across multiple hospitals.  He gives advice for fellows on how to find a job and negotiate a contract.
