Elaine shares her unique relationship with moving on land and sea, from co-founding  dance company 4 Motion, to training as a yoga teacher,  completing ultramarathons on the Cornish coast where she now lives and finding courage after completing a coast to coast challenge in memory of her late father.  As a trained Blue Mind Coach Elaine shares knowledge of flow state and how nature can be used to heal and nurture the mind and body.
