Fight, flight, or freeze is the first instinct decision you take when a scenario of survival appears. Whether you tense up and freeze in a situation which fear sips in. Or take action when you are put in a place of survival, or maybe you flee the scene.

But, here’s the question I want to ask you;
“WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN ANXIETY ATTACKS?”
Me and Rob depict our tendencies, on why we do what we do when opposition strikes. When anxiety knocks at your door, many times we flee from it, as a matter of fact, we tend to allow it to overcome us. But why do you allow it to? Is it that you don’t know how to fight against it, is it we don’t put effort into it, or is it the simple fact that you don’t feel you have enough authority against it?

I met Rob about 2 weeks ago. & what can I say, I’m short of words to describe his story. Along with that, his experience with anxiety and battles he’s struggled to get through. But anxiety and any other mental health issue isn’t just this one day thing, a week thing, it’s a on going battle, but the good news is that you can overcome it EVERY SINGLE time, no matter the circumstance.
