We want to thank Elk Grove City Councilmembers Kevin Spease and Rod Brewer for their May 8, 2024 deliberation on the recently approved $300 million Sacramento Zoo relocation project. If nothing else, Brewer's remarks exposed the corruption and illegality of how Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen and some of her councilmen and are willing to break California law.
