Is the agent just a commodity? Is pricing a determining factor in selecting a listing agent? What does a seller want? One of our Beverly Hills agents and I went on a presentation last week where the seller gave us a list of 20 questions to answer (probably gleaned from the internet). Because of our preparation and approach we re-directed the conversation into a more meaningful dialogue. The clients were satisfied and we never had to address the questions. We won the listing in a very competitive situation.
