Tuning into the wisdom of our bodies is a practice too often overlooked, yet it holds the potential for profound insights. In this episode, we dive into the world of embodied awareness, demonstrating how it can act as a potent catalyst for personal and spiritual growth.
Join us today as we look at what may be hiding behind your fatigue. Discover how stress and tension can be invitations to deeper understanding and change. We'll also explore the significance of listening to your pain, urging you toward paths of healing, and how your gut feelings capture insights your conscious mind may have missed. Lastly, learn to listen and understand the language of your tears, a silent expression of emotions too deep for words.
💡Today’s Big Idea: God talks to you through your body. Take time to listen.
⚡️Today’s Small Step:  Pause and scan your body now, notice any tiny signals, and ask God what He may be saying.

 QUOTES
“Jesus both respected and loved his body and the bodies of the people he encountered. We know that he slept and ate – taking care of his body’s basic needs. He also touched and healed people whose bodies were broken. If the body didn’t matter, why would he take time to heal the lame and restore sight to the blind? Why would he kneel to wash the grime off his disciples’ feet? Why would he wake up early to cook his hungry friend's breakfast?
Â
Perhaps the most compelling of all, at the last supper, Jesus says, “This is my body broken for you. This is my blood shed for you” (1 Corinthians 11). The ultimate gift of life came through his body.
Â
Encounter with the divine happens in the body, not apart from it.”
