This is one of those conversations that can only be described as electric. As I was interviewing today's guest, Nancy Levin, we were both so into what was coming up, it felt like two girls on a spiritual playground climbing the monkey bars of life's deepest questions. We talk about desire and authenticity, the relationship between anger, sadness and grief. We get into how to take your power back by owning the qualities of yourself you've buried or denied, and of course, financial ease. I hope you all love this one as much as I do - it's a gem!

Wild ones, this will be my last regularly scheduled solo episode for the summer…don't worry, there are some random surprise episodes to look forward to, and Monday interview episodes aren't going anywhere. That said, I wanted to provide something extra useful- and if possible, offer some clarity, so today I get into why "instant manifestation" isn't really a thing. I borrow may insights from the brilliant Kathleen McGowan, most notably a truth that many people might not want to hear – that it would behoove you to get your desires aligned with the big human family you're part of. It's not just you roaming around this planet, namsayin? Enjoy!
What You'll Hear:
4:17 Manifesting in the best interest of the world around you

This week's question is: PROCRASTINATION. I would love some insight on this--the whys, energetic and otherwise, the underlying reasons/beliefs that power it, and how to move away from it. I've always found I do my best focusing and best work in the final hours, but honestly it's not great for self-care. And I have procrastinated, literally, my entire life. As long as I can remember, and far back into my childhood years, so it's a deep-seeded thing that started for some reason or another.

I love this question - how to decide which programs and professionals to invest with. What qualifies me to answer it are the several investments I've made over the years in programs, courses, events, coaches, teachers and healers. I've got serious experience here. It's important to choose that which resonates for you, feels supportive, safe and empowering. By safe I don't mean keep it safe, in fact the best programs and coaches will guide you outside your comfort zone - what I'm saying is you will feel safe and held while doing so. Have a watch or listen for my best tips.
Put simply, today's interview is one of the most important conversations I've had personally in 2016, maybe my life. Sometimes I get notes from listeners saying they love the show even when they don't always agree with me. This one is a mind, heart and soul opener for sure. I can't wait to hear what lands or awakens for you in this episode.
Lots of love, E.

Oooh, this is a fun and special episode today. As I pour all my creativity this week into the #bbbm Brilliant Body Beautiful Mind Challenge, I found myself literally unable to get it up to create this episode. Skipping the episode wasn't an option, so I turned to the #wildsoul community and asked for help. They stepped up with over 20 questions I could potentially answer on the show today of which I chose five (otherwise this would have been a three hour episode). What I learned is how awesome community is. Having a tribe of people who are really there for each other is a wonderful thing. Thank you so so much to those of you who helped me out in my creative pinch with this one. Love you and enjoy!!
The Questions I answered:
1. Since I believe that every illness has root in what's going on in our heads, how do we figure out what an illness is teaching us?
2. I've recently had a toxic person that I cut out of my life reach out to me. I would love so guidance on how to stay strong in your convictions and keeping toxic people out of your life. Or maybe am I suppose to welcome them back?! I need some advice.
3. How to ask your partner for something sexually that you've never asked for before
4. I have a wonderful husband. Being a police officer for 25 years has taken a toll on him. He is retired now and I'd love for him to reconnect with his emotional side. For so many years he had to adjust so he could cope with everything he saw. How can I help him do that?
5. How to stand your ground, and respectfully set boundaries with older/powerful men while still being a gentle empathic strong professional woman who knows her shit! I feel like the theme of my recent life has been standing up to bullies and they have all been male! I'm smart and strong and I still find it a challenge....I'm so tired of professional male dominance and hierarchies!!!! Please don't get me wrong I am a man lover(!!!!!!!) and a mom to an amazing boy, I'm just tired of feeling pushed around by some of them and I want to be clear and professional without getting emotional which can be so tough.
Today's episode is many months in the making. I'd reached out to JP Sears last Fall when I was first putting together Manvember and we were finally able to sync up schedules just recently. I am always super fascinated to have conversations with people who have gone "viral" - meaning, seemingly overnight gaining exposure to millions of people online. JP has done that through "spiritual comedy. In this episode we cover a lot of ground while keeping it very real, open, and useful. My favorite topics we covered were the impact his "YouTube Superstar" status has had on his life and how he makes choices with integrity now that he has so many more opportunities to choose from. Also, he's hilarious which made it extra fun. Enjoy!
