He continues to choose us.

He chooses us because of WHO He is and His love for us.

Part of receiving HIs love is us choosing ourselves!

How to choose you:

  1. Be with you.  Whatever feelings come up, don't push them away.
  2. Nurture you.  
  3. Be your soft place to fall.
  4. Repeat.

    5. Listen in as I explain how to implement each step and how it effects your weight-loss journey.
