In this episode, I share my personal experience of leaving my marriage 19 years ago and reflect on the question of regret. I discuss how focusing on the past and the choices we didn't make can lead to emotional strain and hinder our ability to move forward. Instead, I propose a more mindful approach to regret, one that is based on gratitude, reflection, and motivation.
I emphasize the importance of taking chances, being active, and living a life true to oneself, as it is inaction that people regret most in the end.
