Emily Hall was just like any new mum weeks out from her due date.

She was exhausted, sore, it was difficult to sleep, all the while feeling the melting pot of nerves, excitement and fear mums experience just before their baby arrives.

But what started like an ordinary day almost three years ago ended as the worst in her life.

Her husband Matt was dirt bike riding with friends, when he suffered severe heat stroke and died.

The next thing Emily knew police were at her door and suddenly she was a widow at 36 weeks pregnant.

Emily opens up about what life was like in those early stages, how her son Harry became her reason to live, and why, in her own words, she is determined to make lemonade out of the lemons life has handed her.
