Emily Mullin was born in Santa Monica CA, and studied painting and sculpture at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and at Goldmiths College in London. She has had solo exhibitions at Jack Hanley Gallery, Lucien Terras, Tennis Elbow at Journal Gallery and Sunday Takeout in New York. She has been included in group exhibitions at Mrs. Gallery, Kate Werble Gallery and Casey Kaplan Gallery. Her work has been written about in Art in America, The Brooklyn Rail and The New Yorker. She lives and works in Brooklyn and is represented by Jack Hanley Gallery in New York.
