Creating Peace and Harmony at Home by Overcoming Self-Doubt
Self-doubt can disrupt our home’s peace. When things don't go as planned, it's crucial to manage our reactions.
We all experience self-doubt, just like our teens. To support them better, we must first address our own doubts.
Energy flows where attention goes. Pay attention without judgment and align your thoughts with your heart’s desires.
Remember, you have the power to control your responses and navigate unexpected obstacles.

“Beautiful Humans, There’s Nothing Wrong With You”
- MB
In this episode I am joined by Marcy and we are bringing light to our struggles, because everyone does.
Marcy is a 55 year-old woman, who would call herself a “slow learner” when it came to developing true self-confidence. She wrote her book, “Beautiful Humans, There’s Nothing Wrong With You” as an open love letter to herself, and anyone else who needs a little help on this journey to self-love.
A mother of three spectacular twenty-somethings, Marcy now runs her own company (along with her business partner) helping first-time authors write their books.
It’s called Working Writers Co.
