Darkness has taken hold of the galaxy. After a thousand years of war, the brave Jedi Knights are spread thin, leaving entire worlds in the care of lone warriors.

On the planet Taris, the the watch of the Jedi Han Velsing has ended following a confrontation with the vampire witch Malmourral and her devoted cult.

As those responsible for the Jedi's death slink back into the shadows, the Force mourns another light in the galaxy becoming extinguished....

Turn off the dark! After the sudden disappearance of the Organa Major space station and everyone aboard, the Empire Wreckers made a startling discovery -  the station was actually an ancient being known as an Abominor.

Following the Abominor to the edge of the Unknown Regions, the Wreckers raced against Tyko Thul, whose paramilitary forces sought to take the station for themselves.

Wresting control of the station from Thul, Xam Norik was consumed by its darkness and took it to the Hutt homeworld, nearly destroying it before she was stopped by her friends....

God is dead. After discovering a Yuuzhan Vong laboratory hidden beneath an ancient Jedi outpost on Bimmiel, the Empire Wreckers learned of Vergere, a long lost Jedi with knowledge of the aliens' motives.

Tracking her to the planet Ronyards, the former scavengers discovered a droid cult dedicated to the Living God - the united consciousness of the droids who had perished on the mechanical world.

Discovering the planet is actually a devastating Abominor, the Wreckers united with Vergere and prevented it from awakening, spelling doom for the mechanical beings living on the planet's surface....
