In this episode I really wanted to talk about leaving the 9-5 and how we can do that in the least stressful way. So many people right now are feeling the stresses of their role, adjusting back to work life and we are going through what is being called “The Great Resignation”. This episode is great for you if this has something that has crossed your mind but maybe you don’t know how or where to start or you don’t know what you would do instead. Its also great if you might not want to leave the 9-5 but maybe want a career change or move companies as we dive into looking at your dream life. 

I invited my guest on today Stephani Hepburn who is founder and CEO of Elite Coach Consulting.She specialises in helping frustrated corporate professionals build profitable, purpose-driven online businesses, doing work they love, so they no longer need to rely on their corporate pay cheque and set themselves up for a highly profitable life on their terms.

In todays episode I look at using spirituality whilst manifesting and sharing lots of useful tips, tricks, insights and practical tools that can help you with manifesting. So many people find it difficult or that manifesting doesn’t work for them. I believe this is because there is so much fluff online without practical tools which can help you integrate it into everyday life easily. With this episode hopefully we start sharing how you can use spirituality and manifesting in your day to day life. This will be the first of many episodes where I dive into all the elements and nuances around manifesting so that by the end of the year we are all manifesting queens!

My guest today sharing all the juicy insights is Emily Gornick an intuitive mindset and manifestation coach. She spent 13 years climbing the corporate ladder gaining praise, raises and working on some of the most iconic brands in the world – and achieved the 6 figure salary early on, spent time living her best beach life in Manhattan Beach to moving to Chicago and buying her first condo – not to mention traveling the world in luxury. On paper it looked great but on the inside, she wasn’t aligned and was not happy. In this episode I am joined by Nic Hyl who was all the way in New York to dive into how to cultivate resilience and stay true to yourself when building a business or personal brand.  Business building can be tough, you have to learn to wear a million different hats, get told no more than yes, face obstacle after obstacle in order to create your vision, life and business you desire, which is why resilience is SO important.

I asked Nic to join me for this one because she comes from a fashion background. A renowned very tough industry, where few would survive without resilience. She is the founder and creative director of New York’s newest emerging premium swimwear and resort wear brand, Nic Hyl Clothing. As a lover of travel, fitness,  fashion and having previously worked in the fashion industry for brands including Norma Kamali and Ralph Lauren, Nic has taken her experience and expertise, Jamaican roots, and Florida upbringing to create a brand inspired by her love of quality, fashion and a vacation inspired lifestyle.
