The inner child...who are they!?

We have heard the term the inner child many times, or at least it's pretty common, and with all of the healing combined between Morgan and Krystle you think by now they would have have it totally figured out.

But...our inner child they can be a complicated one. They want to be fully seen and heard and sometimes we aren't fully ready to receive them.

Depending how we grow up we are engrained with different belief systems and then grow up with these belief systems hard wired into us and its how we see the world. This is amazing and can also be very problematic!
