Dearest Empowered Wayers:
Three years ago, I sat with a woman at a networking luncheon who changed everything for me. She asked about my pricing, and for the first time, I didn’t shrink. I didn’t apologize. I looked her in the eye and said, “$1,000.”
She said yes.
But that moment didn’t happen because I suddenly felt confident or repeated affirmations. It happened because I stopped making it about me and started making it about service.
That shift—from scarcity to presence, from fear to love—is why I wrote The Money Tree.
A parable disguised as a wake-up call
The book tells the story of Flow, a money tree who discovers she’s been living in survival mode, disconnected from her true nature as an expression of Divine Love. Sound familiar?
Through Flow’s journey, readers meet Camille, a woman suffering from what I call “spiritual amnesia”—the loss of connection to the infinite source that’s always been available to her.
One reader called it “a meditation wrapped in a beautiful bedtime story.” Another said it’s “a veritable powerhouse of deeply moving ideas and profoundly useful tools.”
Here’s what surprised people most: they thought it would be a light, easy read. And it is. But as one holistic financial planner wrote, “Don’t let the joy and ease of this read fool you—this tale packs a punch.”
What readers discovered inside
The book doesn’t tell you how to make more money. It shows you how to transform your relationship with money by recognizing it as energy—specifically, the energy of Divine Love.
Readers found themselves thinking of phrases from the book while walking in nature. They saw themselves in Camille’s struggle. They realized their own “money stories” could be healed the same way any other wound can be healed: through consciousness, compassion, and connection to something deeper.
One reader, a financial planner with over 30 years of experience, wrote: “Money is part of abundance, but just a part. The Money Tree hits the nail on the head with clear spiritual insights.”
The shift from human doing to human being
As I look at my own life, I realize I was never taught to be - only to do. It wasn’t until I began meditating that the being piece fell into place. I discovered when I am happy, fulfilled, and grateful first, I experience more of that.
We’ve spent so long focused on the “human” part—the doing, the hustling, the grinding—that we’ve forgotten the “being” part. We think we have to DO first, then HAVE, and then maybe we’ll BE happy.
But it works the other way. BE first, then DO, then HAVE. Because by the time you get to having, you already have the being part—the abundant, grateful, connected state that you were actually seeking all along.
Why this book matters right now
We’re living in a time when fear feels louder than ever. When speaking your truth feels dangerous and showing up feels like a risk.
But fear restricts and contracts. Love expands and grows.
The Money Tree is my invitation to remember that you’re not here to chase money. You’re here to align with the abundance that’s already flowing through everything—including you.
What comes with the book
When you read The Money Tree, you also receive a link to:
* Two guided meditations
* Free access to my online course, “Alchemize Your Wealth in 5 Days.”
These aren’t just bonuses. They’re tools to help you apply Flow’s lessons to your own life—to heal your money wounds and transform scarcity thinking into Empowered Wealth Consciousness.
An invitation
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything “right” but still struggling with money... if you’ve ever wondered why abundance feels so out of reach... if you’re tired of the hustle and ready to remember who you really are...
This book is for you.
It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering what you’ve always been: an individual aspect of Divine Love, with access to infinite abundance.

“This book came on time. Beautifully written! It had a great flow of description and advice. I would recommend this book to anyone struggling with survival mode and searching for freedom.”
You don’t need another book about budgeting or manifesting. Instead, remember that you are the abundance you’ve been seeking.
To your prosperity,
Kathryn
Hello Empowered Wayers!
For years, I identified myself by an old story I used to justify lackluster results. It went like this: “I didn’t receive the same information about money and wealth creation my brother did. That’s why he’s rich and I am not.”
I cringe even writing these words, but this story shaped my identity as a spiritual entrepreneur. When I launched a new product or service and the money didn’t pour in, guess what I did? Yup - cue the story about the forgotten girl who wasn’t taught how money works.
Logically, I know it’s not true. I have studied, become certified, and worked as a Woman’s Wealth Coach for years. I have helped many women overcome their limiting beliefs and connect with their wealth consciousness. The evidence is available, so why did I keep trotting out this sad, worn-out story?
Because it’s comfortable, known, and easily accessible. It also allowed me to bypass the pain of “not succeeding.” I stayed mired in the same feedback loop and never realized I could choose a new response to a disappointing result.
My old, victim story kept me playing small, feeling unworthy, and creating again from the same energy. Getting the same results.
What changed? When I realized:
There’s nothing wrong with me. I don’t lack anything. Except my ingrained habit of using an old story to justify my current reality.
I needed a new story that empowered me from my inner knowing. Instead of “creating a new habit,” I jumped timelines.
Timeline-jumping isn’t about escaping your past. It’s about no longer organizing your identity around it.
What Timeline-Jumping Actually Is (And Why It’s More Fun Than You Think)
Timeline-jumping is simply shifting the state of consciousness you occupy.
Think of it like walking through a house. I was living in the “I was left out” room for years, decorating it with evidence and inherited stories. I didn’t demolish the house—I stopped walking into that room.
I picked a new room, opened the door, and started spending time there.
The room I chose became the timeline I inhabited.
Here’s the playful part: you’ve been timeline-jumping your whole life without realizing it. Every time you’ve shifted from anxiety to peace, from scarcity to gratitude, from resistance to flow—you jumped. You just didn’t know you were doing it, so you’d jump back to the old timeline by habit.
Now you’re learning to jump on purpose. And stay there.
Let’s carve out the doorway together.
1. Acknowledge the past without hiring it as your architect
Let’s assume you have already identified and released the limiting belief(s). Beautiful. Now your job is simply not to reuse it as structural support. You don’t build a new cathedral with old rotten beams.
A timeline jump is complete the moment you stop asking the past for permission.
As in: “Thank you for what you taught me. And now I go where you cannot follow.”
This isn’t rejection—it’s graduation. You’re not disowning your history; you’re releasing it from employment. The past was a wonderful teacher. But teachers don’t follow you into every room of your life forever. At some point, you thank them, take what you learned, and walk forward.
The playful practice: When an old story shows up, imagine it as a well-meaning but outdated GPS system. “Recalculating... recalculating...” Yes, GPS, I know that’s where we used to go. We’re going somewhere new now. Watch and learn.
2. Choose the frequency of the timeline—not the events
Here’s where most people get tripped up. They try to jump to a timeline by imagining specific outcomes: “the timeline where I have $10,000 in my bank account” or “the timeline where that client says yes.”
But timelines aren’t collections of circumstances—they’re collections of energetic states of being.
You can’t control whether that specific client says yes. But you can absolutely control the frequency you’re broadcasting. And when you stabilize your frequency, the timeline reorganizes around it.
Your New Timeline Frequency:
* You are held in Love.
* Your self-worth is not defined by outcomes.
* Your creative power is sourced from Presence, not approval.
* Being paid is a natural side-effect of resonance.
* You serve other to elevate them and expand yourself.
This frequency is your new GPS. Keep calibrating to that, and the timeline crystallizes around you like frost forming on a window—beautiful, intricate, and completely natural.
The joyful truth: When you stabilize your frequency, the universe doesn’t begrudgingly rearrange itself to match you. It celebrates because you’ve finally tuned to the channel that was always playing. The music was always there—you just couldn’t hear it from the old room.
3. Let the old version fade like a character you stop playing
Imagine your old belief structure as a costume—heavy, scratchy, designed for a role you no longer audition for. Set it on the ground. Step out of it. Feel the breeze on your skin.
Notice: you don’t have to burn the costume dramatically or make a big ceremony out of leaving it behind. You just stop putting it on each morning.
Your new body of work can only be “tainted” if you step back into the old costume. You won’t.
Because You-now doesn’t resonate with You-then. It’s not that one is better than the other—they’re just operating at different frequencies. When you try to wear clothes that no longer fit your energetic size, they feel uncomfortable. So you naturally stop reaching for them.
The playful practice: Think of your old identity as a character in a play. She played her part beautifully. The audience loved her. The reviews were mixed but meaningful. And then the show closed. There’s no shame in that—shows are meant to close. Thank her for her performance, take off the stage makeup, and walk out into your real life.
4. Use a moment of decision to sever the old timeline
Here’s the actual jump and it happens in one breath.
This is the moment quantum physics meets mysticism meets Monday morning. Your consciousness doesn’t gradually shift from one timeline to another like a train changing tracks. It quantum-leaps. One moment you’re identifying with the old story, and the next moment you’re not.
The leap happens in the gap between two thoughts. In the space between the exhale and the next inhale.
The practice:
Sit still. Hand on heart. Feel the truth rising, like the first light edging over a mountain.
Then say (softly, like you’re speaking to your soul):
“I was never lost. I forgot I was Love, and I am always home. I choose the timeline where I create from Love, not lack. I choose the me who is held, worthy, and paid because she remembers who she is.”
This moment becomes the pivot point in your multiverse.
You might feel a shift immediately—a lightness, a knowing, a sudden clarity. Or you might feel nothing at all except a quiet certainty that something fundamental just changed.
Both are valid. The jump doesn’t require fireworks. It just requires decision.
The joyful part: You don’t have to believe this will work. You just have to be willing to experiment. Play with it. See what happens when you occupy a different state of consciousness for a day, a week, a month. The results will convince you far better than any explanation could.
5. Start behaving as the version who already lives in that timeline
Here’s where rubber touches the road.
Timeline-jumping isn’t complete until it moves from your consciousness into your actions. You can sit on your meditation cushion and vibrate at the frequency of abundance all you want, but if you walk off that cushion and immediately start acting from scarcity, you’ve jumped back.
The practice:
Ask yourself: “If I were already the woman creating from Love and being paid for it… what would I do today?”
And then do the smallest version of that.
Not the biggest, most dramatic version. The smallest.
Maybe it’s sending that email without apologizing for your prices. Maybe it’s posting that piece of content you’ve been afraid to share. Maybe it’s simply sitting in your creative space for twenty minutes without checking your bank account first.
This single behavior shifts the rails you run on.
Why this matters: Timelines respond to embodiment, not intention. You can intend to be abundant all day long, but if you’re embodying scarcity—checking your bank balance obsessively, apologizing for your worth, waiting for permission—you’re still living in the old timeline.
Your body doesn’t lie. It knows which timeline you’re actually inhabiting by what you do, not what you think about doing.
The playful truth: You don’t have to get this perfect. You’re going to slip back into old behaviors sometimes. That’s not failure—that’s feedback. Every time you notice yourself acting from the old timeline, you get another chance to choose differently.
This is a practice, not a performance.
6. Guard your frequency like it’s a newborn
The old timeline still exists. You didn’t destroy it—you just stopped feeding it your attention and energy. And like anything that’s been fed for years, it has momentum. It will try to pull you back, not because it’s malicious, but because it’s familiar.
You don’t have to fight the old belief. Just starve it.
When an echo of the old story pops up? Smile at it like an ex who shows up uninvited.
“Oh sweetheart… we’re not doing that anymore.”
And then return to your chosen frequency.
Guarding your frequency means:
* Notice what you let into your field. That podcast that makes you feel anxious? Stop listening. That friend who wants to rehash old wounds? Set a boundary. That news cycle that feeds fear? Turn it off.
* Surround yourself with resonance. Music that lifts you. Content that inspires you. People who see the version of you that you’re becoming, not the version you used to be.
* Return to your frequency multiple times a day. Set reminders on your phone. Create rituals. Before you check your email, take three breaths and remember: “I create from Love.” Before you post on social media: “I’m held and worthy.” Before a client call: “I serve from overflow.”
The joyful practice: Think of your frequency as a radio station. When you notice you’ve drifted to a different station—the Fear FM or the Scarcity Channel—you don’t beat yourself up. You just change the station back. Click. There you are. Back home.
The more you practice returning, the easier it becomes. Eventually, your chosen frequency becomes your default setting.
The Sacred Truth About Timeline-Jumping
Here’s what no one tells you: You’re not jumping to a timeline where you are loved, supported, and prosperous.
You’re remembering the timeline you never actually left. You just stopped identifying with the part of you who couldn’t see it yet.
Every timeline exists simultaneously. Right now, there’s a version of you that’s already living in the frequency you’re reaching for. She’s not in the future—she’s in a parallel Now. You’re not becoming her. Instead, you’re remembering that you already are her.
Your consciousness is like a radio dial. When you were tuned to the frequency of lack, that’s what you experienced. Not because lack is more real than abundance, but because that’s what you were tuned to receive.
When you shift your consciousness—when you turn the dial—you don’t change reality. You change which reality you’re experiencing.
Both timelines were always there. You just couldn’t see the other one from where you were standing.
Your New Body of Work Is Already Clean
As a spiritual entrepreneur, your new body of work will not carry the old wound because you are not carrying the old wound.
You don’t have to protect it from contamination—because your new frequency can’t be touched by the old one.
Oil and water. Different densities. They cannot mix.
When you create from the frequency of Love, worthiness, and overflow, the old energy of lack and proving can’t enter the work. It’s not a matter of willpower or vigilance. It’s physics. Energies that vibrate at different frequencies don’t merge—they separate naturally.
Think of it like this: you can’t accidentally pour salt water into a glass while you’re filling it with fresh water. You’d have to deliberately switch containers. As long as you’re drinking from the fresh water source, that’s what fills your glass.
Your creative work is the same. As long as you’re sourcing from Love, that’s what flows through you. The old lack-based energy has nowhere to land.
You’re Already in the Jump
Here’s the most playful part of all this: By the time you finish reading this article, you’ve already jumped.
Not because this article was magic, but because you chose to shift your consciousness. You entertained the possibility that timeline-jumping is real. You played with the idea that your consciousness creates your experience. You remembered, even for a moment, that you’re not trapped in any version of your story.
That remembering is the jump.
You’re already in the new timeline. Your only job now is to stabilize the landing.
How to stabilize:
* Act from the new timeline, even in small ways
* Return to your frequency when you drift
* Trust what you’re feeling more than what you’re seeing (the outer world always lags behind the inner shift)
* Be patient with the evidence arriving (it will, but consciousness shifts faster than circumstances)
* Celebrate the smallest confirmations that yes, something has changed
The final joyful truth: Timeline-jumping isn’t hard work. It’s remembering. It’s not forcing change—it’s allowing recognition. You’re not creating a new you—you’re uncovering the you that was always there, waiting under the costume of your old story.
I spent years believing that if I just worked harder, the money would finally flow. But the breakthrough didn’t come from doing more. It came from remembering that abundance flows from presence, not performance.
Empowered Wealth Consciousness is the 7-day audio journey I created from that remembering.
This program is for women who are exhausted from the chase and ready for alignment. Women who are done proving their worth to receive prosperity.
Each day includes a guided practice that rewires your relationship with money, success, and your inherent value. This isn’t manifestation work. This is identity work in a new timeline.
Seven days to shift from earning to receiving. From hustling to aligning. From scarcity to sovereignty.
Your presence is your prosperity. Your consciousness is your currency.
Ready to remember?
Welcome home.
Kathryn
P.S. The moment you stop reading this and step into your day, you’ll have a thousand opportunities to practice. Each choice—what you say yes to, what you create, who you become in each moment—is either stabilizing the new timeline or feeding the old one. Choose consciously. Choose playfully. Choose Love.
You’ve got this. You’ve always had this.
Dear Empowered Wayers:
For one breathtaking moment, I saw through God’s eyes.
Ten people walking a painted labyrinth on a gym floor, and suddenly they weren’t separate anymore—instead, there was one body of consciousness, walking on many feet.
It took my breath away, and I understood something about Divine Love I’d never seen before.
This moment came at the end of a year-long journey of transformation, but I had no idea it was waiting for me.
The Year That Changed Everything
I just finished a year-long cohort called “The Enneagram and Contemplative Practices.” We met once a quarter for 2 1/2 days, learning the subtleties of the Enneagram from Hunter Mobley, and various contemplative practices from Rev. Joseph Stabille, co-founder of Life in the Trinity Ministries.
The best way to describe the transformation I experienced is to use the metaphor of the labyrinth itself.
What is the Labyrinth?
A labyrinth is not a maze. It is a walking meditation on a prescribed path that leads you to the center, where God, the holy of holies, waits for you.
For centuries, the labyrinth has been part of the pilgrim’s journey to remember a closer relationship with God. The labyrinth is a metaphor of life—winding, turning back on itself, bringing you face to face with others on the path, always leading you deeper toward the center where Divine Love waits.
Unlike a maze designed to confuse and trap you, a labyrinth has no dead ends or wrong turns. Just the path itself, inviting you inward.
The Labyrinth as a Metaphor for Life
The labyrinth is a metaphor for life—winding, turning back on itself, bringing you face to face with others on the path, always leading you deeper toward the center where Divine Love waits.
Sometimes the path takes you so close to the center you can almost touch it, and then it curves away again, leading you to the outer edges. You think you’re going backward, losing ground, but you’re not. Every turn is necessary. Every seeming detour is actually the way forward.
And unlike life’s illusion of endless choices and distractions, the labyrinth reveals the truth: there is only one path, and it always leads you home.
What Happened As We Walked
During our last day of the cohort, we drove to a church who allowed us to walk the labyrinth painted on the gym floor.
I stepped onto the path carrying the weight of the year—all I had learned about myself, the limiting patterns I’d discovered, the ways I’d been hiding from my own truth. The labyrinth accepted it all.
One foot in front of the other. Turn. Walk in contemplation. Pause and turn again. Repeating the pattern and feeling a bit uncertain because it never felt I was moving forward toward a destination.
The path curved back on itself. I passed people I’d spent the year with, our shoulders nearly touching in the narrow passages. Sometimes I led. Sometimes I followed. Sometimes we stood facing each other, waiting for space to move forward.
After we walked the labyrinth, we pulled our chairs in a loose circle and shared our experience.
Some of the comments were:
“I kept passing you and seeing you new for the first time.”
“I walked in with a question and I knew the answer in the center.”
“I have never walked a labyrinth with a group as connected as this one.”
It was that last comment that sparked my reflection for this article.
The Vision That Changed Everything
After I finished my walk in the labyrinth, I sat in contemplation and communion with God. When I opened my eyes, there were still about ten people walking.
From my perspective, each person was having their own experience, pausing at the turns, moving sideways when it was too crowded, standing in the center in worship or prayer.
Then it happened.
I saw them from God’s perspective for a brief instant.
One body of consciousness, walking on many feet.
It took my breath away.
Each person separate in their bodies and joined in the spirit of community.
Each person looking from different perspectives and meeting God.
Each person lifting their problems, conflicts, and separateness to join as one.
What Divine Love Sees
In that moment, I understood something I had only known intellectually before:
Separation is the illusion. Unity is the truth.
We think we’re walking alone. We think our struggles are ours alone to carry, our questions ours alone to answer, our path uniquely solitary.
But Divine Love sees differently.
Divine Love sees one body, walking on many feet. One consciousness, experiencing itself through countless perspectives. One journey, with infinite expressions.
The labyrinth revealed what has always been true—we are not separate from each other, or from God, or from the Divine Love that holds us all.
We only think we are.
The Same Path, Different Views
What struck me most was how each person’s experience was completely unique and yet part of the same journey.
One person kept meeting others face to face, seeing them anew each time their paths crossed. Another walked in with confusion and found clarity at the center. Someone else felt the unprecedented connection of our particular group.
Different experiences. Different perspectives. Different questions and answers.
And yet—the same path. The same center. The same Divine Love waiting to meet each one exactly where they were.
This is how it works in life, too.
You’re walking your path, carrying your specific struggles and questions. I’m walking mine. She’s walking hers.
We think we’re separate because we can’t see what the other person sees from where they stand on the path. We judge their choices because we don’t understand their perspective or their back story. We feel alone because we’ve forgotten we’re all walking toward the same center.
But from God’s perspective? One body. Many feet. All moving toward Love.
Why This Matters Now
I keep thinking about that vision—one body of consciousness—and how desperately we need to remember this truth right now.
The world feels fractured and divided. Everyone shouting their perspective, defending their position, certain they’re right and everyone else is wrong.
But what if we’re all just standing at different points on the same labyrinth?
What if your truth and my truth aren’t contradictions, but different views from different turns on the path?
What if the person walking toward you, the one whose perspective makes no sense from where you stand, is simply seeing from a different angle of the same journey?
This doesn’t mean all perspectives are equally true or that there’s no such thing as truth. It means that Divine Love is big enough to hold us all—even when we can’t see how.
Especially when we can’t see how.
The Practice of Seeing Differently
Since that day on the labyrinth, I’ve been practicing something new.
When I encounter someone whose perspective baffles or frustrates me, I pause. I breathe. I ask: “What does Divine Love see right now?”
Not what do I see. Not what should they see. But what does Love see?
And almost always, the answer is the same:
* Love sees one body, temporarily forgetting it’s one body.
* Love sees souls on a path, each carrying something heavy, each looking for the center, each doing their best from where they stand.
* Love sees what I saw that day on the labyrinth—the beautiful, messy, sacred truth that we are not separate, even when we feel utterly alone.
Your Invitation
You don’t need to walk a labyrinth to experience this truth, though I highly recommend it.
You just need to be willing to see differently.
The next time you feel separate—from others, from God, from yourself—pause. Breathe. Ask Love to show you what’s really true.
You might be surprised by what you see.
One body of consciousness, walking on many feet.
It’s always been true. We just keep forgetting to look.
To your presence,
Kathryn

Dear Empowered Wayer:
There’s a moment in the song,“Breaking Free” where the music drops away and all that’s left is a simple truth:
I’m done twisting myself into shapes.
When I wrote that line, I cried.
Not because it was poetic. But because I knew—in my bones—how many women have spent their entire lives doing exactly that. Twisting, bending, and contorting themselves into whatever shape would keep the peace, earn the love, avoid the rejection.
I know because I was one of them.
The Woman Who Almost Disappeared
When I was 18 years old, headed off to college, I had no idea what I wanted to study. In those days, you had to choose a major (being “undecided” wasn’t an option). I loved to write but couldn’t see how that could become a career, so I chose the next best thing. Psychology and English.
The sad thing about my state of mind at that time was emptiness - no desire to accomplish anything except start college and be an “adult.” I spent so many years being “the good girl” that I lost touch with myself.
This is what people-pleasing does.
It doesn’t just make you accommodating. It makes you disappear.
The Pattern Starts Early
Here’s what most women don’t realize: people-pleasing isn’t a personality flaw. It’s an intelligent adaptation.
Maybe you were a little girl who discovered that being “good”—which really meant quiet, accommodating, and focused on others’ needs—got you love and attention.
Maybe you learned that your natural expression led to rejection or the terrifying withdrawal of love.
Your nervous system made a calculation: Authenticity = danger. Performance = survival. And you’ve been performing ever since, choosing other’s happiness instead of being present.
The Exhaustion No One Sees
People-pleasing looks generous from the outside. The woman who always says yes as the helper and caretaker.
But inside?
* It’s saying yes when every cell in your body is screaming no.
* It’s smiling through resentment that builds like a pressure cooker.
* It’s reading the room so carefully that you forget to read your own heart.
Worst of all, it’s making yourself small so others can feel big.
The song captures this exhaustion: “I’ve been saying yes when I mean no, smiling through the ache nobody knows, bending till I break, trying to be everything for everyone but me.”
The Over-Giving That Isn’t Really Giving
Here’s the thing about people-pleasing that nobody talks about:
It’s not actually generous. At it’s core, it’s manipulation to secure your emotional safety.
True giving comes from overflow, fullness and abundance. It’s the difference of pouring from a cup that is constantly full versus emptying the cup and not refilling it.
The hard truth is this: People-pleasing comes from emptiness. From the desperate hope that if you give enough, twist enough, perform enough—maybe, finally, you’ll earn the love you’re terrified of losing.
It’s not “I’m giving because I’m full.” It’s “I’m giving because I’m terrified you’ll leave if I don’t.”
And the person receiving can feel the difference. They can feel the invisible price tag. The unspoken expectation. The hidden resentment building under all that niceness.
The Failure to Receive
But here’s the harder truth:
People-pleasers are terrible at receiving.
You can give until you’re empty. But when someone tries to give to you? You deflect, minimize, and dismiss. Instead, you rush to reciprocate.
* Someone offers help: “Oh no, I’m fine, really.”
* You receive a compliment: “This old thing? It was on sale.”
* Someone asks what you need: “Nothing, I’m good!”
Because if you let yourself need something, if you let yourself receive, you become vulnerable. And vulnerability feels like danger when your nervous system learned that depending on others isn’t safe.
So you give and give and give, and you refuse to receive, and you wonder why you feel so alone even when you’re surrounded by people.
You wonder why you’re exhausted even though everyone thinks you’re so strong.
The Sacred Math of Receiving
Here’s what I’ve learned after years of helping women break free:
You cannot give what you haven’t received.
Not really. Not sustainably. Not without resentment.
If you never let yourself receive—love, help, rest, nourishment, pleasure—then your giving becomes a performance in exchange for a transaction. If I give to you, then you will see me as worthy.
But when you let yourself receive? When you practice letting in the good?
Your giving transforms. It becomes genuine, authentic and free of hidden agendas.
You give because you want to, not because you’re terrified of what will happen if you don’t.
What Breaking Free Actually Means
The song declares: “Let the good girl die, let her rest in peace. I’m breaking free from people-pleasing.”
Breaking free doesn’t mean becoming selfish. It means learning to honor your truth alongside others’ needs. It means discovering that “no” is a complete sentence. It means practicing receiving as a sacred act. It means trusting that your authentic presence is more valuable than your perfect performance.
Yes—some people will be upset when you stop people-pleasing. The people who benefited from your self-abandonment won’t celebrate your sovereignty.
But their discomfort is not your responsibility to manage.
Your responsibility is to come home to yourself.
And give from your sovereign presence, not your insecurities.
The Practice of Not Twisting
Here’s what I want you to try this week:
* Notice when you’re about to twist yourself into a shape.
* When you’re about to say yes and your body is saying no.
* When you’re about to agree and your gut is saying wait.
Just notice. Then ask yourself: What would it feel like to not twist right now? What would it feel like to pause before answering?
To let someone else be uncomfortable instead of immediately rushing to fix it?
What would it feel like to choose my truth over their comfort?
Why This Song Matters Most
Of all the songs on the “Sovereign Woman Revealed” album, this one might be the most important. Because people-pleasing is the pattern that keeps all the other patterns locked in place.
When you’re constantly monitoring everyone else’s reactions, you can’t hear your own voice.
When you’re endlessly accommodating others, you can’t honor your own body’s wisdom.
When you’re performing to earn love, you can’t risk authentic connection.
Breaking free from people-pleasing isn’t just one change.
It’s the change that makes all other changes possible.
It’s the key that unlocks your sovereignty.
Go Deeper
To get you started, I created a short clip from the song.
Listen to “Breaking Free from People-Pleasing.” Let the music move through you and notice what it stirs up. Consider where you’re still twisting into shapes for other people.
This song is just the beginning. In Session 1 of my “How to Become a Sovereign Woman” course on EmpoweredWay.com, we explore the entire psychology and neuroscience of self-abandonment—why it happens, how it shows up in your body, and the specific practices that help you break free.
The course takes you through six transformational sessions, each one building on this foundation of coming home to yourself.
Tell Me Your Story
Where are you still twisting yourself into shapes? Where are you over-giving and refusing to receive? What would it mean for you to break free?
Comment below. I’m listening.
The good girl can rest now. Your authentic self is waiting.
With blessings and love,Kathryn
Dear Empowered Wayers!
I need to tell you about something I’ve been creating in the quiet spaces between everything else. Something that surprised me, moved me, and ultimately became one of the most meaningful projects I’ve ever undertaken.
I’ve written an album called Sovereign Women Revealed.
Not just any music—6 songs that carry the teachings of Sovereign Women into melody and rhythm. These songs will meet you exactly where you are on your journey home to yourself.
Why Music? Why Now?
Here’s the truth: I am not a musician.
I’m a writer. A teacher. A guide for women finding their way back to themselves after years of people-pleasing, silencing their voices, and abandoning their truth.
But as I was creating the “How to Become a Sovereign Woman” course —pouring everything I know about transformation into those six guided sessions—I kept feeling that something was missing.
The meditations were powerful. The teachings were landing. The journal prompts were helping women have profound breakthroughs.
But I wanted to give them something more. Something they could carry with them between sessions. Something that would remind them of their sovereignty while they’re standing in line at the grocery store, sitting in traffic, or lying awake at night wondering if they have the courage to choose themselves.
I wanted to give them anthems.
Songs that would be companions on the journey. Medicine in musical form.
The Album That Emerged
“Sovereign Women Revealed“ is a 6-song collection that mirrors the transformation journey we all walk when we’re becoming sovereign.
Each song addresses a crucial stage:
Track 1: Breaking Free from People-PleasingFor every woman tired of twisting herself into shapes to earn love.
Track 2: Reclaiming Your VoiceFor women ready to speak their truth after years of silence.
Track 3: Rising from Rock BottomFor those discovering that breakdown is actually breakthrough.
Track 4: The Body KnowsFor reconnecting to the wisdom in your bones, gut, and womb.
Track 5: From Wound to WisdomFor alchemizing your pain into purpose and power.
Track 6: Sovereign WomanThe anthem. The declaration. The remembering of who you truly are.
I share this snippet to have you decide for yourself if these songs are for you:
What I Hope These Songs Do for You
I didn’t create this music to entertain you (though I hope it does that too).
I created it to accompany you.
These songs are for:
The moment when you’re about to say yes but your body is screaming no→ Play “Breaking Free from People-Pleasing” and remember: the good girl can rest now.
The day when you feel like everything is falling apart→ Play “Rising from Rock Bottom” and remember: you’re not breaking, you’re breaking open.
The times when you doubt your own knowing→ Play “The Body Knows” and remember: your bones know the way when your mind gets lost.
The quiet moments when you wonder if your life matters→ Play “Sovereign Woman” and let the Sacred Feminine remind you of your worth.
I hope these songs become the soundtrack to your sovereignty journey. The background music to your becoming. The reminder you play when you forget who you are.
The Connection to the Course
If you’ve taken (or are planning to take) the “Become a Sovereign Woman” course on Empowered Way, these songs are the perfect companion.

A Note About How This Music Was Made
I’m going to be transparent with you because that’s what we do in this community: I created these songs using AI music technology (Suno).
I’m not a singer. I’m not a trained musician. But I am a writer, and I am a woman who knows what it feels like to find your way home to yourself.
Every single lyric in these 6 songs came from my heart and my experience. Every theme reflects the stages of transformation I’ve witnessed on my journey and my clients’. Every word is intentional.
The technology simply gave these teachings a voice when my own voice couldn’t carry the melody.
I share this because I want you to know: the wisdom is human, the intention is sacred, and the medicine is real.
If the songs serve you, that’s what matters.
Where You Can Listen
The full album is now available on YouTube, with each song presented as a lyric video so you can sing along, reflect, and integrate.
🎵 Listen here: Sovereign Women Revealed
I’ll be adding the album to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music) in the coming weeks, but I wanted you—my Substack community—to have first access.
Because you’ve been here. You’ve been reading these words, engaging with these ideas, and walking this path with me. You’re the women this music was made for.
What Comes Next
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing:
* Deep dives into individual songs (the story behind each one, reflection prompts, how to work with them)
* A private community where we can discuss the music, the course, and the journey together
But for now, I just want you to listen.
Put on headphones. Make some tea. Give yourself 30 minutes to journey through all 6 songs from beginning to end.
Let them wash over you. Notice which ones land. Notice which ones make you cry, or feel seen, or want to punch the air in celebration.
Then come back and tell me: Which song spoke to your soul?
My Deep Hope
My deepest hope for this music is simple:
I hope it helps you remember who you are
when the world tries to make you forget.
I hope it plays in your car when you’re driving. I hope it’s in your earbuds when you’re walking away from what no longer serves you. I hope it’s the background to your morning coffee when you’re choosing yourself for the ten-thousandth time.
I hope it becomes part of your sovereignty practice—not just something you listen to, but something that listens to you, meets you where you are, and reminds you that you’re not alone on this path.
An Invitation
If these songs serve you, I have two requests:
1. Share them with a woman who needs to hear them. You know who she is. The one who’s people-pleasing herself into exhaustion. The one who’s just hit rock bottom. The one who’s finally ready to reclaim her voice. Send her a song. It might be exactly what she needs today.
2. Let me know how they land for you.Comment below, send me a message, share on social media. Tell me which song resonated most. Tell me what shifted when you listened. Your feedback helps me understand how this music is serving the sovereignty movement.
With Love and Gratitude
Thank you for being here. Thank you for walking this path. Thank you for becoming sovereign, for doing the work, for showing up even when it’s hard.
These songs are for you.
They’re my gift to your journey.

Dear Empowered Wayer:
There’s a quiet kind of science beneath everything we call “Love.”
You can feel it when you exhale after a hard day and something inside you says, There—now you’re home. That’s not emotion; it’s your energy finding equilibrium and balance.
Love, it turns out, has its own physics.
Understanding Love as Energy: Beyond Emotion to Universal Law
Think of it like gravity. You can’t see gravity, but you trust it completely. You don’t wake up in the morning wondering if your feet will meet the floor.
Love works the same way—it’s the invisible force that keeps everything from flying apart. It draws what belongs together and releases what’s finished. It holds galaxies, friendships, and even our next breath in place.
When you understand that Love is not sentiment but integrated structure, your relationship with life changes. You stop trying to earn it and instead, you begin to cooperate with it.
My intention behind Empower Way is to reveal the integrated structure of Love that exists in everything - including your relationship with money, abundance and wealth.
The Frequency of Love vs. Fear: How Your Energy Creates Your Reality
In the physics of Love, every thought and act carries a frequency.
Fear contracts; Love expands.
Fear isolates; Love integrates.
Fear diminishes the field, Love amplifies it.
When you speak or give or create from Love, you’re not doing something “good.” You’re re-setting the energetic field back in balance—restoring flow when separation (fear) tried to block it.
This is how manifestation actually works. Not through forced visualization or desperate affirmations, but through alignment with the frequency that already holds everything together.
When you begin to see the energy of your thoughts and how it sets your vibration, the path becomes clear. Transform fear to Love, by being Love.
The Divine Economy: How Love Circulates Wealth and Abundance
I have written many times about the differences between the Human Economy and the Divine Economy. Fear and scarcity dominate the Human Economy, while Love and abundance flow in the Divine Economy.
Imagine a river. The current never worries about running out of water. It just moves, carving new channels when it needs to, nourishing every shore it touches.
That’s what happens when Love becomes your operating principle. Money, relationships, creativity—all start to follow the same current. You give because you are the river, and somehow, you’re always refilled.
The human economy measures value in scarcity: who has what, who doesn’t, who’s winning the race.
The Divine Economy measures value in movement: how freely Love circulates through you, through me, through us.
That’s the real wealth conversation we’re meant to be having. That’s the conversation I have with my clients: think of money as devotion, not as a goal.
Why Women Struggle with Money: The Energetic Truth
Most women I work with aren’t struggling with money strategy. They’re struggling with their internal energetic alignment. Fear is the dominant voice they hear inside, instead of Love.
Many women (and men) have learned to operate from scarcity consciousness—contracting, withholding, protecting what little they have. But wealth doesn’t respond to contraction, it responds to openness, spaciousness, and flow.
When you understand the physics of Love, you realize that abundance isn’t something you chase. It’s something you allow. It’s the natural result of staying in alignment with the force that creates everything.
How to Return to Flow: Practical Steps for Spiritual Alignment
So, the next time you feel constricted—around money, time, or even faith—pause and ask, Where did I step out of the flow?
Then soften. Breathe. Let gravity do what it does best: bring you back to center.
Here’s what returning to flow looks like in practice:
* Notice the contraction. Your body always knows first. When you notice your chest feels tight, or your breathing is shallow, or you have clenched your jaw—these are signals that fear has taken over.
* Ask the question. “Is this Love, or is this fear?” Let the answer rise without judgment. Your body has sent you clear signals; now it’s time for your mind to name what voice it is following. Name the fear.
* Sit with the fear. Fear unacknowledged grows and expands. Fear acknowledged looses it power. Breathe into the fear until you feel calm.
* Choose alignment. At this point, you have a choice. You can always choose between fear and Love, even if you don’t see the way forward. When you choose Love, it shifts everything.
* Trust the current. Like the river, you don’t need to know the entire path. You just need to keep moving with the flow.
The Universal Law of Circulation: What You Give Returns
The physics of Love are simple but uncompromising.
What you give returns.
What you withhold contracts.
And the Universe, patient as ever, keeps nudging you toward balance until you remember—you are the force that holds everything together.
This isn’t metaphor. This is how energy actually works.
When you hoard money out of fear, you stop the circulation. When you give from genuine Love—whether it’s your time, your wisdom, your resources—you amplify the field. You become a channel for abundance, not a dam blocking the flow.
The Truth About Giving and Receiving
Divine Love doesn’t keep score. It doesn’t say, “I gave this much, so now I deserve that much back.”
It simply moves. And in moving, it multiplies.
This is why meditation matters. Why mindfulness matters. Why choosing Love over fear in every small moment actually changes your reality.
You’re not just thinking positive thoughts. You’re aligning with the fundamental force that governs everything—including your bank account, your relationships, and your sense of purpose.
Living in Alignment with Divine Love: Your Invitation
Right now, there’s a frequency available to you that most people spend their entire lives resisting.
It’s the frequency of Divine Love—not sentimental, not passive, but fierce and radiant and always available.
When you align with it, everything shifts. Your energy becomes magnetic instead of desperate. Your work becomes service instead of survival. Your wealth becomes circulation instead of accumulation.
The world is waiting for women who understand this. Women who stop playing small. Women who remember they are the river, not the drought.
What would change if you stopped trying to control the flow and started trusting it?
What if abundance isn’t something you achieve, but something you allow?
What if the only thing standing between you and the life you’re meant to live is your willingness to let Love lead?
Begin Your Journey: Meditation and Divine Feminine Remembrance
If this resonates, start with one simple practice: meditation.
Not to escape reality, but to remember who you really are beneath the fear, beneath the conditioning, beneath the scarcity programming.
Every morning, sit in stillness. Let your mind settle. And ask Divine Love to show you where you’ve stepped out of flow.
Then listen.
The answers will come. The path will reveal itself. And you’ll remember that you were never separate from the force that creates worlds—you’ve always been a part of it.

Because the physics of Love is always working. The only question is: are you working with it, or against it?
To your Love alignment,
Kathryn
Dear Empowered Wayers:
I had everything I thought I wanted.
A successful career that generated impressive revenue. Recognition in the legal field, and clients who thought I walked on water. But I remember sitting in my car after winning another trial and feeling completely empty.
"I'm doing everything right," I whispered to myself. "So why do I feel so wrong?"
If you're a woman entrepreneur or professional, you probably know this feeling intimately. The exhaustion that comes from working in ways that drain your soul. The sense that you're succeeding in a game you never wanted to play.
You're not imagining it. And you're definitely not alone.
The Hidden Struggle of Successful Women
Here's what I've discovered after years of supporting women entrepreneurs: The most successful women are often the most exhausted.
It’s not because they're weak or they're doing something wrong. It’s because they're trying to thrive in an economy that was never designed for their genius.
The statistics tell part of the story—women-owned businesses receive only 2% of venture capital funding, women earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by men, and female entrepreneurs report higher levels of burnout than their male counterparts.
But the numbers only scratch the surface of a deeper truth:
Women are being asked to succeed using masculine strategies in systems built by and for masculine energy.
My clients aren’t failing. They are succeeding in a paradigm that demands they abandon their feminine superpowers—their intuition, their cyclical nature, their deep feeling, their need for meaning and connection.
The cost of this misalignment? Exhaustion, depression, and an overall feeling of loss of an integral part of the self.
Two Economies, Two Realities
To understand why so many accomplished women feel secretly empty, we need to recognize that there are actually two economic systems operating simultaneously:
The Human Economy
This is the system we're all familiar with. It operates on:
* Scarcity: There's not enough to go around.
* Force: Push harder, work longer, do more.
* Linear thinking: Follow the formula, get the result.
* Competition: Someone else's success diminishes yours.
* Proof: You must earn your worth through achievement.
* Control: Manage every variable to guarantee outcomes.
The Human Economy rewards constant action, measurable results, and logical progression. It values what you do over who you are.
The Divine Economy
This is the system that spiritual traditions have spoken of for millennia. It operates on entirely different principles:
* Abundance: There's more than enough for everyone.
* Alignment: Flow with natural rhythms and cycles.
* Intuitive wisdom: Trust inner knowing over external metrics.
* Collaboration: Everyone's success elevates the whole.
* Inherent worth: You are valuable simply by existing.
* Surrender: Allow outcomes to emerge from presence.
The Divine Economy responds to your being—your consciousness, your energy, your presence. It honors what you embody, not just what you produce.
Here's the revelation that changes everything:
You can choose which economy to participate in.
The Feminine Advantage Hidden in Plain Sight
Women aren't failing in the Human Economy because they're inadequate. They're struggling because they're being asked to suppress their greatest strengths.
Your intuition? That's not "soft"—it's quantum intelligence that processes information faster than logic.
Your need for meaning? That's not naive—it's the compass that creates work worth doing.
Your emotional intelligence? That's not weakness—it's the ability to read energy, understand markets, and create what people truly need.
Your cyclical nature? That's not inconvenient—it's the rhythm of sustainable creativity and regeneration.
Your desire for connection? That's not unprofessional—it's the foundation of trust, loyalty, and authentic influence.
These aren't nice-to-haves. They're the exact skills the new economy demands.
What Transformation Actually Looks Like
When women learn to create and operate from the Divine Economy, everything shifts. But the transformation goes far deeper than increased income or business success.
I had a client who went through a divorce and lost her sense of financial stability. Even though she made enough money to sustain her lifestyle, losing her spouse opened deep insecurities in other areas of her life, including her career and her purpose. Through our work, she discovered radical gratitude—the practice of saying "thank you" even to pain. This wasn't toxic positivity; it was spiritual alchemy. Within weeks, her finances stabilized and a sovereignty she'd never known emerged. She realized her divorce actually opened the door to her power.
Another client was caught in a cycle of spending her profits so she could scale from hundreds to thousands. She followed every guru and joined countless programs promising amazing results, but for her, they never worked. During our time together, she came to realize that her inner voice had more authority than any “expert.” She asked herself, "What if my sacred feminine knows how to lead?" She restructured her business around her energy cycles, raised her prices, and offered only what lit her up. The result? Less effort, more income, profound peace.
These women didn't learn new strategies. They remembered ancient wisdom:
You are not separate from wealth. You ARE the wealth.
The Seven Shifts That Change Everything
Through my work with women entrepreneurs, I've identified seven core shifts that move you from Human Economy exhaustion to Divine Economy flow:
Shift 1: From Earning to AllowingMove from "I must work harder to deserve more" to "I allow abundance to flow through my alignment."
Shift 2: From Effort to EnergyRecognize that your consciousness—not your hustle—creates your reality.
Shift 3: From Masculine Force to Feminine FlowInstead of data and metrics measuring your value, honor your cyclical nature, intuitive wisdom, and need for meaning as business assets.
Shift 4: From Performance to PresenceUnderstand that your presence, not your achievements, is what magnetizes opportunities.
Shift 5: From Resistance to GratitudeUse challenges as compost for growth rather than evidence of failure.
Shift 6: From Depletion to Sacred ExchangeBalance giving and receiving so you create from overflow, not obligation.
Shift 7: From Ego to EssenceCreate from your deepest truth rather than what you think will sell.
The Ripple Effect of Aligned Success
When women embrace the Divine Economy, the transformation extends far beyond their bank accounts. They become aligned with their inner truths and everything begins to flow in all areas of their lives.
* Relationships deepen because you're no longer performing; you're being authentic.
* Health improves because you're working with your natural rhythms instead of against them.
* Creativity explodes because you're no longer forcing; you're allowing inspiration to flow.
* Impact expands because you're creating from love, not fear—and people feel the difference.
* Legacy shifts because you're modeling a new way of being successful for the next generation.
Most importantly, you remember who you are beneath all the doing, achieving, and proving.
Your Invitation to Remember
The Divine Economy isn't some distant utopia. It's available right now, in this moment, through a simple shift in consciousness.
You don't need to quit your business or abandon your goals. Instead, remember that your worth isn't earned—it's inherent. Your wealth isn't outside you—it's within you. Your power isn't in doing more—it's in being more.
The world doesn't need another exhausted woman pretending to have it all together. It needs you—rested, aligned, creating from the overflow of your joy.
The question isn't whether you're capable of success. The question is: Which economy will you choose to succeed in?
Your feminine wisdom has been waiting lifetimes for this moment. The Divine Economy has been calling your name.
It's time to answer.
Ready to step fully into the Divine Economy? My 7-day audio course "Empowered Wealth Consciousness" includes guided meditations and practices to help you embody these shifts naturally.
What economy are you choosing to operate from? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
Blessings,
Kathryn

Dear Empowered Wayers:
Years ago, when I first started my coaching practice, I always hesitated to quote the price for my programs. I knew I was trained well, competent in coaching, and yet…saying the number out loud made me cringe.
I have spoken to many other women entrepreneurs who feel the same way. I have attended workshops and seminars where the speaker admonishes you to “charge what you’re worth” and “know your value.” Those words, no matter how emphatically spoken, never resonated.
It wasn’t until I began “looking under the hood” concerning why I felt so deeply about revealing the true nature of wealth, that I found my answer. I couldn’t help others discover the secrets of wealth until I embodied them myself.
It’s a state of being I call Empowered Wealth Consciousness.
The Sacred Wound
There’s a particular kind of pain that comes from doing work you love while struggling to survive. It’s not just financial stress—it’s a crisis of identity. You came into this work because you felt called. Your gifts aren’t just skills; they’re expressions of your soul’s purpose. The idea of “monetizing” them feels like the commoditization of something holy.
This conflict runs deeper than personal money stories. For generations, women who carried spiritual wisdom—healers, midwives, wise women—were either unpaid or punished. We carry cellular memories of times when claiming our power or charging for our gifts was literally dangerous (remember the Witch Trials?)
Add to this the conditioning that good women are selfless, that service requires sacrifice, that wanting abundance makes you somehow less evolved. The message is clear: you can be spiritual or you can be wealthy, but not both.
This belief doesn’t just keep you struggling financially-it keeps you playing small. Because when you’re stressed about rent, exhausted from undercharging, and resentful about giving so much for so little, you cannot serve from your highest self.
The wound isn’t about money. It’s about the belief that we must choose between our soul’s calling and our survival.
My Journey to Empowered Wealth Consciousness
So what changed for me? What allowed me to move from that place of cringing when I said my prices to confidently embodying my worth?
I discovered a truth so fundamental that it transformed everything:
I am not separate from wealth. I am the wealth.
It wasn’t about the money in my bank account, my possessions or my business metrics.
Wealth = my consciousness (presence + state of being)
When I understood this—really understood it in my body, not just my mind—everything shifted. I stopped asking “what should I charge?” and started asking “who am I being as I create this?”
I stopped trying to earn my worth and started embodying it. I stopped chasing abundance and started magnetizing it through my aligned presence.
This is what I now call Empowered Wealth Consciousness. And it’s what I want to share with you.
Empowered Wealth Consciousness is Remembered
What if I told you that the solution isn’t learning better business strategies or overcoming your “money blocks?” What if the answer is remembering a truth so fundamental that it changes everything?
You are not separate from wealth. You ARE the wealth.
This is the foundation of Empowered Wealth Consciousness—a seven-day audio journey I’ve created to guide you from scarcity to sovereignty, from depletion to divine alignment. As you read about the lessons, see if you can’t step back and see the steps on the journey.
Day 1: Awakening to Empowered Wealth Consciousness
Your journey begins with understanding what wealth consciousness actually means. Not positive thinking or forced gratitude, but a fundamental shift in how you see yourself in relation to abundance.
Day 2: The Currency of Consciousness
Your state of being as energetic frequency is your true currency, not your effort. You’ll explore how thoughts become things, how your inner world shapes your outer results, and why embodying worthiness matters more than any marketing strategy.
Day 3: Feminine Power and the Divine Flow of Wealth
This is where you reclaim what the world told you was weakness. Your intuition, your emotional intelligence, your cyclical nature, your need for meaning—these aren’t obstacles to success. They’re your superpowers in the Divine Economy. You’ll learn why traditional business formulas don’t work for you and what does.
Day 4: Your Presence Is Your Currency
The most powerful lesson: you don’t have to do more to be worthy of abundance. Your presence—grounded, centered, aligned—is what magnetizes opportunities. People don’t just buy your services; they’re drawn to your energy. Learn to cultivate the kind of presence that transforms everything.
Day 5: Gratitude as Alchemy
True gratitude isn’t about being thankful when things go well. It’s the practice of transmuting any experience—even challenges—into spiritual gold. You’ll learn how to use gratitude not as a spiritual bypass, but as a genuine tool for transforming your relationship with money, clients, and your own worth.
Day 6: The Sacred Flow of Giving and Receiving
This lesson addresses the pattern that depletes so many generous women: giving far more than you receive. You’ll discover that giving and receiving aren’t opposites—they’re two expressions of the same divine flow. Learning to receive gracefully isn’t selfish; it’s essential to sustainable service.
Day 7: Creating from Divine Essence
The culmination of your journey brings it all together. You’ll step into your identity as a conscious creator who brings forth wealth not from fear or force, but from divine essence. You’ll learn to ask not “what should I do?” but “who am I being as I do this?” This is where transformation becomes permanent.
The Invitation
Each day includes a guided meditation designed to help you embody the teachings at a cellular level, plus reflections to anchor the insights into your daily life. You also receive a companion journal to support you on your journey. This isn’t just information—it’s transformation.
The journey takes seven days, but the shifts can last a lifetime.
If you’re tired of the internal conflict between your calling and your needs, if you’re ready to stop undercharging and start embodying your worth, if you want to serve from overflow rather than depletion—this journey is for you.
Empowered Wealth Consciousness is available now on Insight Timer (as a Plus Member) and through my website at EmpoweredWay.com.
Your gifts deserve to thrive in abundant soil. The world needs you rested, resourced, and radiant—not depleted, struggling, and secretly resentful.
The Divine Economy has been waiting for you to remember: you are not chasing wealth. You are embodying it.
To your prosperity,
Kathryn

Hello Empowered Wayer:
There are moments in my day when I feel so tired. Everything seems like a struggle and the results don’t appear when I think they should. The outward strategies to reach more people, to be seen and heard, many times fall flat, leaving me discouraged.
If you resonate with the experience I just described, let’s take a moment and breathe together. Inhale deeply, hold for a few seconds, then exhale slowly.
Return to your body and your awareness of who you really are.
You haven’t failed. You’re waking up to another way of being.
Divine Wealth was never about more clients, more followers, or even more money. It’s about more presence—the quality of consciousness you bring to this moment, right here, right now.
What Presence Really Means
When I say presence, I’m not talking about being mindful while you fold laundry—though that’s beautiful too.
I’m talking about the quality of consciousness you bring to your life.
It’s the difference between living in your life and living from your life.
When you are truly present, you are wealthy beyond measure.
You feel it in your breath. In the warmth of your cup full of steaming chamomille tea. In the knowing that life force energy is moving through you, not against you.
And here’s what I’ve discovered: when you live from Presence, scarcity dissolves.
Because scarcity isn’t about what you have or don’t have. It’s about the story you tell yourself in the absence of Presence. It’s the voice that says, “Not yet. Not enough. Not ready.”
But Presence whispers something different.
Presence says: Nothing is missing, because you are already whole.
You don’t chase presence, you become it. That’s the key difference between the Human Economy we are taught, and the Divine Economy that is forgotten.
The Divine Economy
There’s an economy most of us have never been taught about. I call it the Divine Economy.
It doesn’t operate on lackor demand proof of your worthiness. It doesn’t care how many certifications you have or how polished your website is.
The Divine Economy is built on Love, not fear. On inner alignment, not external manipulation. It’s the difference between doing to achieve and being as wealth.
When you remember this—when you drop out of the frantic energy of doing and into the spacious energy of being—everything shifts.
Your creativity becomes prayer.
Your business becomes service.
Your words become light traveling through the world.
And money? Beautiful, neutral money becomes a reflection of your open heart.
I know this might sound too simple. Maybe even naive.
But I’ve lived both sides of this. I’ve tried to earn my worth through endless effort (law school, litigation, IVF). I’ve pushed and strategized and convinced myself that if I just worked harder, it would all fall into place.
And you know what happened? I repelled the very abundance I was chasing. My actions were fear based and my being was set at “not enough.” My vibration was insecure and contracted. No matter what strategy I followed, people didn’t show up.
It wasn’t until I began living from presence that everything changed.
But when you pause—when you return to Presence—you become magnetic.
Not because you’re doing more, but because you’re being more of who you truly are.
Living From the Flow
Here’s what I know now: you don’t have to strive for abundance anymore.
You don’t have to strategize your way into grace. You only have to allow your awareness to return to who you really are - a Divine Being living a human experience.
When you live from Presence, you are already inside the flow.
And in that flow, everything you need—the next client, the next idea, the next miracle—arrives like breath returning to your body.
I’m not saying you never take action. Of course you do.
But the action comes from Presence, not for approval. Action comes from alignment, not anxiety. Doing from Love, not limitation changes everything.
Your Invitation to Remember
The world doesn’t need you to be perfect. It needs you to be present.
It needs you to stop apologizing for your gifts and start offering them from a place of Love. When you do—when you allow Presence to lead—you become a channel for something greater than yourself.
You become the flow.
And in that flow, there is no lack. No scarcity. No “not yet.”
Only this moment. Only Love. Only the infinite supply that has always been here, waiting for you to notice.
Before you listen to today’s meditation, take a quiet moment. Place your hand on your heart and whisper:
“Presence is my true wealth.”
Meditation: Remembering Divine Wealth as Presence
I created a meditation to guide you back to this truth. It’s about ten minutes long, and it’s designed to help you drop out of the striving mind and into the truth of who you are.
In this meditation, we’re going to:
* Soften the old beliefs that keep you chasing instead of receiving
* Remember that Presence is your Source
* Integrate Spirit and form so you stop living in separation
* Anchor into the truth that your being—just your being—is enough to call forth what you need
This isn’t about visualizing money or manifesting a specific outcome. This is about remembering that you are already wealthy beyond measure.
Not because of what you have, but because of who you are.

Three Affirmations to Carry This Energy Forward
After the meditation, anchor these truths into your body. Speak them aloud. Write them down. Let them become the foundation of how you move through your day.
“I am the Presence of Divine Wealth. My being is enough to call forth everything I need.”
“As I rest in stillness, abundance flows to me and through me with perfect timing and grace.”
“Love breathes me. Love sustains me. Love multiplies through me—and I trust the flow.”
You are not separate from abundance. You are abundance. You are the Presence the world has been waiting for.
Blessings,
Kathryn

Hello Empowered Wayers!
I was standing in my kitchen when the notification came through.
Insight Timer had just published my new meditation on their Plus platform.
And something happened in my body—a surge of energy that started in my chest and radiated outward. Not excitement, exactly. Something deeper.
Recognition.
Because I know what meditation has done for me. And I know what it can do for you.
The Morning That Changed Everything
There was a time when I couldn’t see a way forward.
Despair had wrapped itself around me like a fog. Depression made every day feel like wading through concrete. And disillusionment? That was the worst part—the sense that nothing I did mattered, that I was just going through motions in a life I didn’t recognize.
Then I started meditating.
Not because I believed it would work. But because I had to change my interior world.
Every morning, I would sit. My mind would race. My body would resist. But I kept showing up.
And slowly—so slowly I almost didn’t notice—something shifted.
As my mind settled into stillness, a powerful sense of something greater would enter my consciousness. Not as a thought, but as a presence.
I began to realize: I am not here by accident.
My life’s trajectory shifted from victim hood to creator. That shift lifted me out of the dark hole I had created, and suddenly I could see my life from a deeper perspective.
I came back to my Self.
The power of meditation dispels the veils of illusion and reveals who you really are—an individual aspect of Divine Love.
I took the next step
Meditation became my lifeline and my anchor. The daily practice ingrained a deeper knowing about my place in the world.
I became a certified meditation teacher in 2018, and have never looked back. Whenever I feel inspired to create a new meditation, I allow that loving energy to flow through me as the words pour out. Sometimes, I don’t know what I spoke about until after I listen to the recording and add the background music!
What If It’s Not As Hard As You Think?
Meditation isn’t hard unless you decide it is.
If you’ve tried meditation before and it didn’t stick, that doesn’t mean you failed. It only means the timing wasn’t right, or you weren’t ready.
All it takes is two things: intention and attention.
Set an intention to meditate first thing in the morning, right after taking care of your personal needs. As you add one day to the next, you’ll notice you can pay attention a little longer. Your mind will wander less. The stillness will feel more natural.
Soon, this practice becomes a habit. And then, a lifeline.
I haven’t missed a daily meditation since 2017.
It has become an essential part of my life, not just because it centers me, but because I use it to set the energy of my entire day. This morning, for example, I was so filled with gratitude that I found myself dancing as the sun broke the horizon. Other days, I’m filled with love that spills over to everyone I meet—the barista, the grocery clerk, the stranger in the parking lot.
The Commitment That Changes Everything
Here’s the truth: it’s one thing to say, “I’ll try it.”
It’s quite another to commit.
Continuing the practice when you don’t see immediate results is part of the journey. A leap of faith may be necessary before you see evidence that your meditation time is healing you.
But it will. I promise.

I also created Empowered Wealth Consciousness—a 7-day journey for women who are ready to stop chasing money and start aligning with true abundance.
