Empowered Women's Health episodes

  • The Grief Episode with Melissa

In the first of our Solo Episodes, Melissa shares her very personal story of loss, grief and finding her way back to joy.

Melissa shares her story of loss, what it felt like for her during stages of her grief, what she did to help and how she has asked for help to support her mental health. As this is very personal and about sharing experiences, we do ask that you do not send recommendations of how she should be handling her grief - this is not the space for shoulds (refer to episode 3), it's a space to be open so that maybe you can find ideas of what may work for you in your own grief journey.

If you feel you need mental health support, please talk to your GP about a referral to a mental health practitioner to support your needs.
