Menopause is a natural biological process. It is a time in a woman's life when her menstrual cycle has ended. It is not an illness. It does not happen suddenly, but gradually. There are three stages: Perimenopausal/transition, menopause, and postmenopausal. The pre-menopausal stage begins about 4 years before the last period. Menopause can happen in the early 40's or late 50's.

Laughter has many benefits including, reduction of pain, improving mood, decreases tension, helps to bond people together. The Mayo Clinic has listed many benefits of laughter to enhance health and well-being.

Self-Care improves the nurses mental, physical, emotional capacities to provide high-quality care to others. In addition, reduces stress, lowers mortality, health cost, and morbidity.

Bullying is a disruptive and significant issue that has been confronting nurses and other professionals. Education of the staff, developing code of conduct to address such behaviors, collaboration of leaders and managers to ensure that there is not a perpetual occurrence, and for protection of anyone who expresses concerns on unacceptable behaviors.
